Nothing to say. Absolutely nothing. Carry on! 😋

Okay, so the last time we left Dres the Klutz, he had accidentally picked a fight with a Hippogriff, right? Just making sure before I accidentally post spoilers about a few things. Haha.

Now, rewind people! Let's take this scene from the top. And . . . action!

~*~

Dres screamed like a little girl (*Face palms* Epic fail, dude) and scrambled away from the Hippogriff that lunged at him.

"Matt, what the heck were you thinking back there?!" He screeched as he continued running away from the oncoming onslaught of angry feathers and non-existent fangs.

"Mm, yeah, okay," Matt responded, maybe a little bit absentmindedly, as he continued to wrap Mira's head up with the gauze he brought out. "I'll catch up with you later, okay?"

"Ahhh-oof!" Dres harshly bounced off of something hard and landed back on the ground. He groaned and rubbed his head to ease the pain that was growing ever so slightly bit by bit by the millisecond. Then he heard a very quiet but extremely angry growl that could only amount to one thing. Dres gulped. He blanched and looked up to see what he rammed into this time. Staring at him in the face was the furious black eyes of a beast forgotten by man. Who lives only in the imaginations of historians and people through lore across the world. A majestic creature that once soared through the sky and dominated the vast world with its inhumane strength.

In short, it was another Hippogriff that Dres angered and was most likely now out for Dres' blood. Not a very good omen for him in all retrospect.

The Hippogriff snarled and jerked forward a centimeter or two.

Dres shakily waved at it and slowly got up back onto his feet. He began to shuffle away as unnoticeably as possible, taking small baby steps away from the growling Creature. Dres froze when he backed up and lightly bump into something. He felt that the warm blood in his veins transform into ice water as his head cranked slowly behind him like it was on rusty gears. And can you readers guess what he saw? I'll give you as hint. It's big, has large wings, horse legs at the back, talons in the front, and has a vein popping out of its head. Can you guess what it is? Ping-Pong, you're right! The thing glaring down at Dres with the same mad temper as the first Hippogriff, was yet another Hippogriff.

Dres' eye twitched slightly in the irony that the world was throwing at him.

Oh boy. He's not going to live to see tomorrow, is he?

Dres screamed and scrambled away like a very scared chicken as the trio of Hippogriffs came roaring at him.

"Matt, I officially hate your guts for doing this!" He screeched.

"Mm, yeah, okay. Just keep running and you'll be fine." Matt absently advised.

Dres yelped and ducked under a branch. "Says the person who's not being chased! Argh!"

His wobbly legs got tangled up like spaghetti and his heart skipped a beat. Dres crashed down forward with his arms flailing around him like a flightless penguin that was pushed off the top of the Empire State Building by a neon-green orangutan wearing a rainbow Afro in a business suit riding on top of George Washington's unicorn. Blame the imagination for the whacky stuff, because this usually happens a lot when you're with me.

Dres ended up face planting himself into the Earth, skidding forward a few centimeters and kicking up loose dirt and pebbles in his path. He only came to a stop when his head slammed loudly into the base of a redwood. Tiny glimmering stars danced around in his eyes like in some comical cartoon (then again, Dres is kind of like a running gag in this story. Sorrynotsorry!). He groaned and shakily got up to his feet, still swaying as the world was completely tipped and turned upside down. And trust me, it was giving him one heck of a headache.
