It had been a few days since the third task . Asphodel now sat in her room . She looked at the drachama in her hand. She glanced at the door . Blaise , Draco , Pansy and Daphne had stopped talking to her . She didn't understand why but they would stiffen up or look at her in fear . Did they somehow know .. ?
" Draco stop !" she exclaimed in the common room and said boy turned around to look at her . He gulped .
" Hey Ash " he said
" What's going on ?" she inquired but he stayed silent. He looked at the clock which distracted Asphodel long enough for him to walk away . Asphodel ran after him until they reached the seventh floor .
There a door stood grandly and Draco ran inside . Asphodel followed .
Inside was darkness .
What was going on ?
Then suddenly the lights came on and there all her friends stood around a table which had a cake on it. The entire room was decorated .
" Happy Birthday Asphodel !!" they all exclaimed with grins. A similar grin woved it's way onto Asphodel's face .
" So this is what you guys have been discussing " she said with a laugh and they chuckled .
The party lasted for a few hours and then they went back to the common room to rest . Asphodel went inside her room and shadow-travelled to camp as it was a Saturday. She shadow-travelled to the Hades Cabin .
" Suprise !" yelled a lot of voices
" Ak ! " she exclaimed , startled and then she looked at the room , " Aw thanks guys "
" Happy Birthday Asphyxiate !" exclaimed Nico and she glared at him. Everyone laughed at the sibling banter which soon followed.
Even though the decoration was not as grand but in all honesty it was awesome .
The best part , Chiron had let Will Stone come and it was hilarious to see Solace and Stone to call each other Will while talking .
At the end Nico and Will Stone nodded at Leo who looked nervous . He grinned at her and took her hand .
The two walked hand-in-hand towards the forest. They soon reached a clearing where Leo coughed and left her hand .
" So I've been meaning to say this for months now " he started and then he looked at her . His expression was serious and then he inahled a shaky breath and asked her the question she'd secretly dreamed of since Bianca had told her about it .
The next morning the two sat in Bunker 9. Leo was working on a project while Asphodel sat beside him on the table .
" Hey Leo " she said and the boy looked up .
" Yeah ?"
" I have to go next week " she revealed and Leo frowned
" But your summer holidays are ending after a month "
She sighed , " My uncle Sirius Black , Order of the Phoenix , The stupid goat of a headmaster . I need to be there for my supposed protection "
