Chapter Two

No One POV

Location, Ruxx Cluster: Sector 4326. The ship sustain damage from a while ago when our heroes were attacked. Now Kal and Gary have new assets on the vessel... well half of an asset. A Ventrexian bounty hunter named Avacato and a flying weapon of cuteness named Mooncake by Gary. Inside the ship we see KVN floating around singing a song about holes. The weird thing about it is that the holes he's mentioning are the ship's damaged parts. Then, when KVN left, we see a drone of some kind goes through the ships field and goes to search somewhere else.

Kal POV

So yeah everything happened yesterday and I couldn't sleep comfortably. I sit in the middle of the table where a pulled a chair in to play in the center. So, I'm basically a little twitchy today as well. Though, I guess playing cards set my mind at ease, although Avacato is having trouble. Then, I hear Gary approaching with the camera recorder. He's talking about someone name, Quinn. Girlfriend or something? I'll never know so maybe I won't think about it too much.

"Avacato, is one great card player." Gary said as he sit with us.

"Gary, how do you expect the guy to play cards with his mouth?" I question Gary.

"I don't... but I know I'm winning." Gary whispered to me.

Avacato spits out the guards and glares at, Gary. His stern look just sometimes pisses me off even though he's the one tied up. "Anymore cards and I will shoot myself." Avacato said seriously.

"I have a gun." I said as I brought out his own gun and place it on the table. "Want to prove that theory?" I said willing for him to shoot himself.

"I'm gonna shoot both of you if you don't play cards." Gary tried threatening us.

"I'll let you shoot me." Avacato replied with no care for Gary to shoot him.

"Oh... um... reall-... then I'm gonna shoot myself." Gary thumbed pointed himself.

"You are a dumbass, you know that right." I said disbelief and annoyed.

"What why?" Avacato questioned Gary.

"You know what frickin figure it out, figure it out." Gary said. Next, Gary introduced the camera to Mooncake who hoots in joy.

"That little green snot ball is a planet destroying super weapon that is going to get us killed." Avacato inform us. I didn't know why Mooncake is so important, but planet destroying is my first topic.

"You sir, just stepped over the line!" He surprisingly smack Avacato in the face making him rawr. I chuckled at this point as it was funny to see Gary trying to interrogate. "Mooncake has feelings, and you just peed all over them with your cat whizz." Gary pressed a pointed finger to Avacatos nose.

Gary kept in talking and talking while me and Avacato just listen. Like my man I don't wanna hear this take it somewhere else. Finally, he turns off the camera.

A Hour Later

Gary was playing some arcade game and Mooncake was spectating him playing. I on the other hand cooked some soup for our lovely captive. I sat across him and offer him a soup. He glares at me, then the soup, then me again.

"Poison." Avacato says.

"Not poison. Just regular soup man." I said slaying the soup a little closer to Avacato.

"This is nice and all, but I rather starve than know what this is-" Avacato almost says as I cut him off.

"If I wanted to kill you I would have done it already... trust me there's nothing more enjoyable than to see a life fade before their eyes." I said creepily. It made Avacato unease, but I sigh to keep a nice demeanor to have him answer some questions. "Just slurp the damn soup, kitty."
