Chapter Three

Kal POV

Yep, in my room, twirling my sons knife. I couldn't get the, Avacato having a son thing yet. Guess, I should get to know someone before thinking there some murderous hunter looking for a cut. Well I'm feeling a bit in the effused now that I'm having some more sleep since. I think my mental health is improving well, but not that well. Last time a S.A.M.E.S touch my shoulder so I rip off their arm by accident. At least they got their arm back. So, still I'm feeling a bit peaceful now... then I heard a voice that sounded like someone is excited.

I got up stretching and stretch my shoulder also. I put on my outfit to see what's up out there. As I enter out my room I see... Gary just recording his tape to this Quinn again. He turns to look at me and waves.

"Hey, Kal, wanna meet Quinn. You'll finally be the new addition to the this instead of trying to stab the camera. So, you in buddy." Gary requests me to join.

I simply flip the camera off, then I see Avacato getting out of his room also. Gary, carries his camera towards, Avacato asking him to introduce himself to the camera. Obviously, Avacato was like me.

"No." Avacato said walking to room.

"I'm with him on that." I said agreeing to Avacato. As I left to the other rooms.

Gary frowned at us on not agreeing to join his tapes, but we just didn't care. "Avacato a bit of a grudge, and Kal is just mister enigma." I heard Gary said as I kept walking.

I walked to the nearest window and stopped. I look upon the peaceful glimpse of space. Seeing every star shining, planets aligning, and the best part of it all is the silent atmosphere. I just want to keep looking at this view forever. Looking at the stars are kinda like my old memories, where my son ask me about the constellations. He had his suspicions on them for a while, but it was enjoyable to see him look upon the beauty night of space. But, my peace and quiet gets interrupted when the ships red lights go off and HUE is blurted out.

"Proximity Alert, proximity alert. Gary, we are taking fire from Lord Commanders heavy incinerators." HUE alerted us.

No Ones POV

The three of them head over to the console room to see the danger as they floated to the top and made it. The ship was shaking from being hit by the lasers as their all tumbled down on the console tables. Kal lifted himself up grunting as he place his hands on the table to support himself up from the ships quakes. Gary curses a strange word and Avacato got up quickly then the both of them.

"HUE, what do we do?" Gary questions HUE.

"I am detecting an incursion in our proximity." HUE informed them.

"A what?" Gary said confused.

"A temporal worm, Gary. It's your only option." HUE told them.

"A temporal worm could send us back into forward of thousands of time, Gary. Are you sure that's the only choice we have?" Avacato questioned Gary.

"Well, being taking down by Lord Commanders ships is a red flag to stay here, so we really don't have a choice do we?" Kal stated being reasonable to the situation at hand.

"Fred is to it!" Gary commanded HUE.

As they all see a pink portal being opened up as a giant worm like entity opens its mouth as they go in. Closing its mouth for them destroying the Lord Commanders ships. When they entered the worms mouth the ship had a sudden burst of speed, as the portal is traveling them to somewhere in the future. The speed was very high as Gary, Avacato, Kal, and KVN hold on to the console table as they are being lifted in the air front the speeding ship. It was too much to bear, as KVN is being flown back as he grabbed onto Gary's naked shoulder and he looses his grip making, Gary falls with him hitting the door.
