In the CTDO base, it's quiet. Most of the other villains that are in their cells are sleep. When Charles was placed into his cell, it was empty. Minutes pass by while he is in his cell, Charles plots his way of escaping the heavily guarded prison. Suddenly, he feels his body get a electric feeling inside. That electricity feeling inside was something that made him stronger. He figured that he could possibly break the cell bars and make his escape that way, but when he touched the bars, he got electrocuted. He sighed and went back to the cell bed. Minutes later, the cells open. The guards announced to the inmates that they need to go to the cafeteria. All of the criminals go to the cafeteria including Charles. On the way to the cafeteria, Charles saw a vent near the roof of the hallway, using his powers, he shifted through the vent like slime seeping through the cracks of a wall. Charles saw many different rooms traveling through the vents, and in one of the rooms he saw his armor and his fusion cannon in a clear bag. He seeped through the vent and got his armor and cannon back. He then silently looked for the exit and escaped the prison. Charles then began to think about how they found him.
"How did they find me? Who could they have gotten the information from?" Charles asked himself.
He then started to think about the one he fought at the expo. He believed that the reason those soldiers found his location was because the hero from the expo.
"The hero..." Charles said angrily.
Charles flew up high and looked at the city below. He saw the Space needle building and flew towards it. Charles landed on the top of the building and looked down in search for the hero, He started hearing the voice again.
"Jagos..." The voice said.
"Jagos? Who? Maybe that could be my name.." Jagos said.
Seconds later, he see's someone flying around, similar to the expo hero's flying. Jagos went after this person to chase him down. When Jagos got close enough, he pounced on him. He then realized that who he was chasing down wasn't the one he was looking for, but just another hero.
"*Laughing* I got you no- wait, you're not him." Jagos said.
The other hero was confused, she went for a punch, but Jagos grabbed her arm and threw her into a nearby dumpster, and fled the scene.
