4 days later.

"We've been following Madison Benson for 24 hours for the past 2 weeks and the investigation has proven...nothing" Tucker sighs.

"That's because she probably knows she messed up when she decided to show up to murder someone without a mask" Phoebe says, twirling her coffee with a straw.

"So she's had the same routine for 2 weeks so it'll be easy to make Shannon a part of her life" Victor points out.

"I'm just nervous that this girl is smarter than she looks" Tucker says, putting his hand on his chin.

"I mean she did leave her face in security camera footage so she's not that intelligent that's why she's working with the Backstabber" Phoebe points out.

"Where's Shannon?" Victor asks, looking around his office.

"With Madison at Bernard's Grill" Phoebe says without much thought.

"Wow you just let Shannon go with a psycho to lunch?" Victor questions, looking at Phoebe with a serious glare.

"They've been friends for two weeks now. Best decision made by yours truly." Phoebe says with a sarcastic tone, walking out of the office.

"Phoebe is desperate to get a little clue about the Backstabber. She doesn't want to put Shannon in danger but there is undercover police in the restaurant" Tucker says.

"Remember Sophie? That was the same thing you said except you were the one desperate and the one that assigned her to the task. And not to be mean but she's currently not here with us. I just don't want the same thing to happen to Shannon" Victor explains with sympathetic eyes.

"I understand. I promise you nothing is going to happen to her" Tucker nods.

Phoebe is strutting down the streets of New York with her ripped black jeans, a gray v-neck, and a black coat. Her matching black rain boots splashed in puddles and her umbrella along with 50 other people were dripping of rain drops.

The heavens thundered as the rain started to pick up and become stronger along with the wind. Phoebe's once fully functional umbrella was completely destroyed but continued to walk in the rain even if it meant she would be sick later.

30 minutes later.

She was standing on the opposite street of Bernard's Grill where Shannon and Madison looked to be having a good time.

If anything happens to you, Shannon. I'm going to make it my life's mission to kill Madison.

Phoebe was deep in thought, staring off into the restaurant like a creep she didn't notice that the rain stopped from above her but it was still raining around her.

"A pretty lady should not be standing outside in the rain without an umbrella" a familiar voice says almost in a whisper.

She immediately turns her head and sees a smiling Cole. She playfully smacks his arm, relieved it wasn't a pedophile.

"Did I scare you? Sorry about that" he apologizes.

"No need to apologize" she says, resuming her gaze.

"Whatcha looking at? Do you want to go into the restaurant, is that it?" he asks.

"Not really but now that you asked I guess I do" she smiles.

He smiles taking her hand and walking towards the restaurant.

20 minutes later.

The restaurant was much more warm and comforting than standing outside in the rain. This restaurant was a hotspot in Manhattan, everyone that comes to visit are always recommended to come to Bernard's Grill and now Phoebe knows exactly why. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was comforting - it gave you that warm, fuzzy feeling inside.
