chapter four: shopping.

You wake up the next morning, you see that Elvis isn't in bed next to you. You furrow your eyebrows, you get out of bed and put your robe on.

You then walk over to Lisa-Marie's room and she's not in her crib and you start to panic. You then speed downstairs, you see Elvis feeding Lisa, you sigh in relief.

"I was worried." You say.

"Sorry, Doll. I wanted to do something nice to make up for last night." Elvis says, with a smile.

"Thank you." You say.

"Your breakfast is there." Elvis says, pointing to the seat opposite him on the dining table.

You smile and walk out, you sit down and eat your break fast.

"So.. are you coming to my next concert?" Elvis asks.

"I'll have to find someone to babysit Lisa-Marie." You say.

"Nancy can look after her." Elvis suggests.

"Yeah, okay." You say.

"I'm glad your comin', baby." Elvis says.

"Me too. So.. What are we doing today?" You ask.

"I thought I could take you shopping. My mama and daddy can watch Lisa." Elvis says.

"That sounds great, i'll go and get ready." You say.

"Okay, Darl." Elvis says.

You then walk downstairs after getting ready. You wear a beautiful people dress, heels, your hair straight, makeup well done, purple earrings and a purple handbag.

"Wow.. you look- incredible." Elvis says, admiring you, as you walk downstairs.

"Thanks, E. Don't look to bad yourself." You say.

He laughs and then takes your hand, ready to go outside and get in the Cadillac.

"I'll see you soon, baby." You say, kissing Lisa-Marie's head.

Lisa then runs over to Gladys, you and Elvis get in the car. The gates on and he drives out as all the girls scream and chase the car.

As they have been driving for a little bit, the girls lost track of the car. They finally get to the shopping centre, Elvis tried to keep a low profile.

You then go into a store, he sits down on the couch in the store and waits for you to come back in with the dresses you picked out.

"What d'ya think?" You ask, walking out the changing room in a pretty yellow dress.

"Yellow isn't really your Colour, baby." Elvis says.

You scoff with a little laugh and then walk back into the changing room. You come back out in a dark blue dress.

"Now that's more your colour, it brings out your beautiful blue eyes." Elvis says.

You smile at his kind words before going back into the changing room. You try a few more dresses on and then buy them.

As Elvis is driving the two of you back home, he puts his hand on your inner thigh. It felt like fireworks were going off.

The two had been in love for quite a bit, anytime he shows some affection, it felt like the first time the kissed. She felt like a teenage girl again.

You two walk through the front door as Elvis carries your shopping back, the maid then takes them from him.

As Lisa notices the two of you, she slowly walks over with a big smile on her face.

"Hi, Baby." Elvis says, picking her up.

He kisses her cheek and then you look over to Gladys and Vernon.

"Has she been good?" You ask.

"She's an angel sent from god." Gladys says.

"She really is." Vernon says.

You smile and then go upstairs and take a shower as Elvis plays with Lisa-Marie in the Jungle Room.
