Elvis then sits on the chairs, more people surrounding him talking about what he wants to do. Talking about that he wants to sing the music that makes him happy.

Elvis then gets dressed into a red suit and then he sings on another set. More girls dance around him and men as he sings. Girls dance around him.

The business men leave because he hasn't sang anything to do with Christmas. You clap for Elvis all along.

Then a gunshot is heard, everyone screams and runs. Your eyes widen and Elvis stops singing immediately.

"John F Kennedy has been shot everybody!" Someone shouts.

On the little Tv's is John F Kennedy, after being shot.

"We're ready on set." A guy says, walking in.

"Oh, my god." Elvis says, holding your arm.

Everyone surrounding him watches the Tv screen as Colonel walks in without anyone knowing. Steve then turns down the volume of the Tv and turns around to everyone.

"Listen, I- Uh.. I just wanna say that- that this nation is hurting and it's lost, you know. It needs a voice right now to help and to heal. We have to say something." Billy says, his eyes tearing up.

You look up at Elvis to see he also has tears in his eyes. You lean your head on his side as he strokes your hair.

"You have to make a statement, EP." Steve says, looking over to Elvis.

"Mr Presley does not make statements. He sings here comes Santa Claus, wishes everyone Merry Christmas, and goodnight." Colonel says, turning of the TV.

                                           —

"Poor Mrs Kennedy, it's a tragedy. But- It has nothing to do with us." Colonel says.

"It has everything to do with us." Elvis says, walking into the same room as Colonel as you listen from the other room.

"I just don't think you should be making speeches." Colonel says.

"Dr King was shot 8 miles from Graceland, whilst I was out here, singing to turtles. And now this, and all you can think about is how many goddamn sweaters I can sell." Elvis says.

"I'm a promoter, that is what I do." Colonel says.

"And I'm Elvis Presley! That's what I do." Elvis shouts.

"You actually think that you singing your old songs, dressed in black leather, sweating, mumbling incoherently to the audience was a good show?" Colonel asks.

"Colonel, I know I've excited an audience." Elvis says.

"That was not a real audience, my boy. There was a sign flashing 'applaud' telling them when to call for you. This entire jamboree is an embarrassment. You have embarrassed the sponsors, you have embarrassed yourself, you have embarrassed me." Colonel says.

"Now, you can sing whatever songs you and Mr Bindle would like. But at the end of the show, there will be a Christmas song. Otherwise we will be sued. No, you will be sued for breach of contract,  because I will no longer be the promoter of your career. I will have to leave you." Colonel says.

Elvis just mumbles noises and then he turns the TV on. Colonel then leaves the room and you walk in.

"E..." you say as you walk in.

"Hiya, Baby." Elvis says.

"Are you okay?" You ask.

He nods and kisses your head, he then walks out and goes into an empty room to try sing here comes Santa Claus. But then he ends up writing
his own song.
