So just a quick note to take in, this is what Ami will look like. Also Ami's pronounce in this chapter will be she/her.
It was a nice day at the circus as everyone was gathered around. Zooble was sitting on a long couch while Gangle was sitting next to it with a pencil and paper in hand as Ami is sat next to her.
Ragatha, Kinger and Jax stood around Pomni as she held her breath in as her pale face turned blue. Pomni then exhaled.
" I can't hold it any longer" she said.
" sure you can" said Jax " we can't die from oxygen deprivation remember?"
" but it still feels like I'm gonna die" said Pomni.
" just because we can't die doesn't mean we don't feel pain. We do just so you know so don't worry, you won't die but you'll most likely feel pain" said Ami.
" yeah and try not thinking about it" said Kinger.
" or you could toughen up. I wanna see what your funny cartoon body does" said Jax as he grabbed one of Pomni's arm and stretched it out.
" hey take it easy" said Ragatha.
" 'oh take it easy' that's you" said Jax as he mimicked Ragatha.
" c'mon Pomni. Just one more time that's all alright?" Said Ami reassured Pomni.
" alright. Here I go" said Pomni as she inhaled some air and held her breath.
Pomni's face turned blue.
" all right we've entered the blue zone" said Zooble.
Then Pomni's face turned pink.
" hey there's something new" said Jax.
" ok entering the pink zone then" said Ami.
Then Pomni's face turned red.
" ok we're getting the red" said Zooble.
Then Pomni's face turned orange.
" oh orange" said Ragatha.
Then yellow.
" yellow" said Zooble.
" green" said Kinger. Just then, Pomni's face turned back to blue. " whoa look! Now she's turning blue"
" she was already blue" said Zooble.
" I'm guessing that she turned every colour of the rainbow and it starts with blue" said Ami.
Pomni's face then turned all the colours but it got faster with the change. Pomni then exhaled as she took several more breaths in.
" well guess the hue shift just gets faster" said Ragatha.
" why am I the one doing this? Why not one of you guys?" Said Pomni.
" because something different happens with each person. For instance, Kinger starts glowing, Ragatha's hair noodle sticks up, Ami's human and robot eyes start to static, Gangle's mask starts spinning and Zooble turns straight" said Jax.
