Golden view

"You guys know it wouldnt be a rumble without us!"

Me and Dal ran the whole half a mile, to the vacant lot. I was in pain, but I just ignored it. I was fighting in that rumble. As me and Dal ran up to the vacant lot all heads turned to us. I'm sure the Soc's weren't happy to see me, I mean I did kill their socy friend. But I was ready to whip some Soc so I didn't care. The gang look surprised to see me and Dal besides Steve and Johnny, they looked more disappointed then surprised. We were almost there as I yelled "You guys know it wouldn't be a rumble without us!" I yelled as me and Dal fist bumped and ran into the rumble. Me, Dal and Steve fought super well together. We found that out one time when some Soc's tried to jump us. But they learned the hard way not to mess with us. Dal and I were already next to each other but Steve scooted over to us real quick. Even though he was mad, he knew that we would win if us three were close. Some Soc threw the first punch at Darry. A Soc tried to punch me but I ducked and kicked him in the balls while I was standing up. Then I whipped around and punched a Soc right in the nose, I knew he was behind me, it was obvious. Dal clocked some Soc that tried to come at me and I basically kicked a Soc's head in when they got a punch on Steve. Me and Steve were next to each other and a Soc walked up to us "aww you need your big brother to protect you princes-" I cut him off by punching him straight in the jaw. "Nope, she can handle herself." Guess he learned the hard way to not mess with a Randle huh. Dally got a good punch to the mouth but then quickly kicked the guy in the stomach. A Soc almost got a head head shot on me but Steve punched him in the side of the head and he fell before he got to me. Pony's basically getting jumped. Me, Steve and Dally all looked at each other and nodded. All three of us crept up behind them then I tapped one of the Soc's on the shoulder "hey hottie!" I grabbed him by the back of his hair and slammed his head into my knee, I could see Dal and Steve taking em down pretty quick. I clocked a Soc real good, then he stumbled got up and ran off, all of them ran after him. "WHOOOO!" Me, Dal, and Steve howled. I was dancing and jumping around,  I jumped into Steve's arms and he twirled me around. I tensed up and Steve quickly put me down. I had a sharp pain in my side. But that wasn't what I was worried about, I got a reality check, Where's Johnny? I quickly looked around panicked just to see him standing there, with Pony just watching me. With that stupid smirk on his face. I quickly ran over to him and jumped into his arms. "I'm so so so sorry, you know I couldn't miss this rumble for my life." I said "I know Cat, it's okay, I'm not mad, well maybe a little but, that can wait till tomorrow." He said hugging me back "Are you okay?" I said pulling out from the hug with my hands on his shoulders. "I'm alright you okay?" He said looking at my eye brow. I reached my hand up and touched my eyebrow, there's blood on my hand. I guess one of the Soc's broke my stitches. "Oh well! We won!" I grabbed Johnny and Pony by their hands and them back to were the boys were howling and celebrating. Pony and Soda shared a hug, then Pony jumped onto Darry's back. That's so cute.

I still had Johnny's hand and we were dancing around together while all of us were still yelling about our victory. Johnny grabbed me by my waist and thru me over this back. And walked around "Johnny!" I said giggling. He was laughing too. I really loved this boy. Pony saw us and a smile grew on his face. Same with Steve, and basically the rest of the gang too. Especially Dally he would always tease us about being together or calling us love birds. Johnny put me down and we smiled at each other, everyone was still yelling so we could really only hear each other. "Cat, Can I tell you something?" Johnny said "Yeah of course what?" I said
"I was so scared when you ran into that Church that something would happen to you, when that fear came true I was so angry with myself that I had let something happen to you, I was so scared I would lose you." He said putting a hand on my waist. "You have no idea how relieved I am that your standing in front of me right now, and I just love you so mu-" I cut Johnny off by wrapping my hands around his neck and kissing him. He was tense but then relaxed into the kiss, he slipped a hand onto my face and the other on my waist. It was amazing, I was kissing Johnny Cade. We both pulled away and he asked me "Cat Randle will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes!" I said hugging him, he's so warm, and his arms around my waist. I grabbed his hand and dragged him into the crowd.

"Cat!" I hear, I turn around and see Soda with his arms open. "Pepsi!" I said as I ran and jumped onto him, Darry and Pony quickly joined that hug "we're so happy your okay Catie." Darry said we all pulled away " Yeah Cat I couldn't lose my bestfriend." I hugged Pony. Me and Soda had always been close because we were the same age. And he's Steve's best bud so I've known the gang since I was born, The Curtis's and our parents were close. So when I popped out of the womb I was next to Steve and Soda. Me, Soda and Steve were all in diapers together, I mean Steve is only a year older than me. "Cat get over here!" I immediately turn and ran to Two-bit and jumped on his back. "Look at the eye on you! You got scratched up real good huh?" I punched him in the arm which caused him to drop me. "Ow!" I said as we all busted out laughing. Dally came and picked me up and carried me on his back all the way home. We all headed back to the Curtis's house all howling till our voices got hoarse.

We all needed a little doctoring. Johnny and I helped each other, Steve, Soda and Two got each other, Pony and Darry helped each other, and I got Dallas too.
As soon as we all were cleaned up, we all basically passed out as soon as we laid down, Me and Johnny were on the couch snuggling, Steve and Two were on the floor with cake all over their faces, Dally was asleep leaning on the couch. and The brothers were in their rooms. I think this was the best night of my life.
