Promises

With the ring a bell. Students went home at last. Including our most beloved quadro.

"Zhan Xi! Lets go get dumplings." Jian Yi called out. Zhan Xi then nodded from afar.

As they were walking they see redhead and He Tian.

"where are you two birdbrains going?" Mo asks.

"without us?!" He Tian tries to finish Mo's sentence.

"like I want to come with you guys! I just asked! I wanna go home." the redhead scowls walking off.

"wait little Mo! Wait for me!" He Tian yells as he runs to redhead.

"come on! Lets just go already." Jian Yi hugs Zhan Xi's arm. Begging a bit much.

Zhan Xi nods again and they both head off.

"Actually lets go eat somewhere different. I have a place in mind." Zhan Xi suggest. With Jian Yi now the one nodding.

"have you told your mom where we are already?" Jian Yi asks.

"yeah I did,She agreed anyway. Besides this resturant has a relative of mine." Jian Yi then replied with an 'ok' and they continue to walk.

"Were here" Zhan Xi points.

The resturant was a bit rowdy. It had a lot of people. But good thing they had some seats left.

"I'll order us food. You go stay there at your seat." Zhan Xi nonchalantly says.

"sure" as Jian Yi sits down.

While he waited. He saw some corny couples sitting beside him. Sure they were corny but they loved eachother. I guess thats what matters to them right now. But to Jian Yi's eyes. They were a bit cringe to him.

What Jian Yi heard:

"honey im a bit cold.. Could I borrow your jacket?" the girl hugs him.

"Ofcourse my honey bunch" as he lends his jacket.

"you look so handsome today." as she kept staring.

"Aww honey!" as he hugs her and gives her a peck.

(Jian Yi's POV)
These couples are a bit annoying. Its not that they make you feel too single. Its that they are a bit too cringe sometimes. What with those pet names too?

As i sought else to cure my boredom. I got a bit cold and shivered. The A/C was actually a bit extreme. I then notice warm food getting put on the table. Yes it's here! Perfect!

I then notice a coat on my back. It was Zhan Xi's coat.

"You look a bit cold there." as Zhan Xi sits to enjoy the meal with me.

My heart just got attacked. Cupid must be so good at hitting cause Zhan Xi started to hit on me pretty well.

"so kind Xixi.." as I took a spoonful of some food.

(nobodies POV)
Both sat and ate in silence. Both hearts not so desperately beating. It was like they fell inlove again.

"ahem.. Hey Jian Yi you could keep a promise right?" Jian Yi then looks up. With a bit of glimmer in his eyes.

"Yeah I absolutely can." Jian Yi moves his hand closer.

"Promise me something then. Im sure you could do it." Jian Yi nods as a reply.

"I already know this but I want you to say it again. If you ever leave me. Promise me that you would come back. I might be mad at you. But it will never mean I wont accept you back. Promise?"
