"Are you absolutely sure this is the only way into the chamber?" Ratchet questioned, you knew he had to be sure that you were absolutely sure of what you knew because you knew yourself that you were a bit of a loose cannon, not 100% reliable with relaying info but this, this you knew you were right.
You rolled your eyes at Ratchet, it was the fifth time you had repeated exactly what you had forced out of the engineers. "Unless you want to bridge into the most heavily guarded areas of the mine then yes. Of course I'm sure Ratchet."
"And you're positive no one suspects that we're onto their plans to build a space bridge?" He asked hastily,
"What do I look like? Bulkhead? No, I was in and out," you scoffed at him. You weren't that sloppy, in and out, got the information, murdered a con and out before anyone knew otherwise.
"(Y/n)," Ratchet pried making sure you were 2000% sure no one knew what intel you were hunting.
"Yes I'm sure, ambushed the engineer, got the information needed and stashed the body where no one would find, no one will care, they're Decepticons, none of them keep count on who goes missing," you huffed.
Ratchet nodded, you could tell that he was now sure of the plan. Ratchet turned to the others a surety in his eyes, it was all down to the upur information. "We will ground bridge directly into the Energon mine and make our way to the space bridge chamber, neutralising any Decepticon forces we may encounter m, once we secure the space bridge we will send for Jack," Ratchet briefed, you liked the sound of that, your claws itched at the sound of Ratchet giving you a free pass to kill as necessary.
But Everyone else was silent a nervousness about the mission set in, you could feel it, they needed to make them believe in this plan as much as Ratchet did, you didn't care, it was just another mission.
Ratchet glanced over to you who sat neatly on the floor, he looked a little surprised that you were actually paying attention to what he was saying for once. "Stealth must be an absolute priority."
"Why are you looking at me?" You questioned, you gestured towards Bulkhead, "you should be more concerned about chunky over there, all he'd have to do is sneeze and the cons would know."
Ratchet rolled his eyes but continued, "we will most certainly be outnumbered and should any Decepticon should transmit an alert to their warship..." Ratchet didn't want to get to that part.
"The odds become 400 to one," Bulkhead finished for him.
"Scrambling communications upon entry will certainly provide an edge to this regard," Ratchet said.
It sounded easy. Arcee walked over and scratched the top of your head, "don't get too confident taking the bridge is the easy part," she said giving you a smile but there was something in her eyes that you couldn't quite pick, she was acting as if I could be the last time the two of you saw each other.
