As I walked into the house, all I could see absolute chaos. Boys were running around everywhere There was a boy on the floor eating chocolate cake, while watching Mickey Mouse. I then saw a boy much much older than me in the kitchen yelling at two boys to go get the laundry. Then there was a boy in the corner smoking and watching cartoons right next to the other boy. I must've had a horrible look on my face because Steve nudged me.
"You can handle yourself, huh?" I elbowed him in the ribs and he doubled over in pain. "Okay, okay, mental note. Don't mess with Y/N." I nodded still looking around me. Soda yelled, making me jump.
"HEY! EVERYONE!" Everyone stopped and turned their head to me, Steve and Soda. The boy who was watching the TV had chocolate cake all over his face. "This is Y/N L/N. Can we please make her feel welcome?" The boys started slowly moving from their spots to face me. The boy who was in the kitchen got to me first.
He was wearing jeans and a very tight black shirt. I could see his muscles through his shirt and it took almost every bone in my body not to stare at them. He had dark brown hair and piercing blue-green eyes. He stuck his hand out for me to shake.
"Darrel Curtis. But you can call me Darry."
"As in your brother?" I asked Soda and He nodded. I shook his hand and he glanced at Soda. "Are you two.." I realized what he was saying and shook my head quickly.
"No, no, no, heh. Uh, we met at the DX." He made a huh sound in the back of his throat and moved to reveal another boy. This boy was about 14 and had light brown hair, and gray green eyes. He smiled and shook my hand in place of Darry.
"Hey. I'm Ponyboy. Ponyboy Curtis." I raised an eyebrow as I shook his hand.'
"Sodapop? Ponyboy? These are some original names." Ponyboy shrugged.
"My father was an original man." He then motioned to the boy standing next to him.
"This is Johnny. Johnny Cade." The boy had scars all over his face and hands. I smiled. This was the boy I saw running.
"Hey, Johnny." He smiled back.
"Hi." he said in a small voice. The boy who was sitting in front of the TV shoved them over and bowed low and stuck his hand out in a funny way that made me smile. I put my hand on my hip and shook his hand.
"Two-Bit Matthews at your service madam." He said in a british accent. I laughed and he stood up straight.
"There are some very original people in this town." I joked.
"Aw, don't worry. His real name is Keith." Said the boy in the corner. He walked over an d stuck his hand doubt for me to shake. "Dallas Winston. But you can call me Dally." He said as he winked. I let go of his hand and stuffed my hands into my jacket pockets.
"It's nice to meet you all." My eyes moved to the chocolate cake. "Are you gonna finish that?" Two-bit smirked and turned to me. "You like Pepsi?"
"Yeah, I do actually." I paused. "Dr. Peppers better though"
"I see you like the Beatles." Darry added, nodding towards my shirt.
"I love 'em."

We all talked for a while and eventually Soda brought up the Socs.
"Listen kiddo, don't mess with them. Johnny got it pretty bad once." Dally said.
"Is that what.."
"Made me have my scars? Yup. Blue mustang and everything." I sighed.
"I don't know what to say."
"You don't have to say anything."
"Well, anyway, you have to stay away from those Socs. Their dangerous. All they care about is their stupid mustangs and their stupid-" Started Darry.
"-ly hot girl friends" Two-bit added. I rolled my eyes.
"Guys. I can handle myself." I looked at my watch as I stuffed my face with cake. 11.
"I gotta head home guys."
"Alright. We'll walk you home." Ponyboy said, standing up. I shrugged.
"Okay. I'm fine with that. You guys might give my mom a heart attack though."

They did indeed almost give my mother a heart attack.
They walked me to my door and I introduced them to my mom. We agreed to meet up at the Curtis house, tomorrow at 9. They left, I told my mom goodnight and I plopped down on my bed. I made a friend. Not just one. I made 7 friends.
I fell asleep thinking about the next day with my friends.
