"God dammit Luffy...!" I panted, my hands resting against my knees as I tried to catch my breath.
"You again...what are you doing here? Get lost!" Zoro shouted across the field where I stood, but I completely ignored him.
"Luffy, when I catch him...!" I cursed under my breath, my fist tight in a ball as I brought it up to signal my promise to pummel him.
"Hah?" The other said in confusion as he watched me.
"Ah!" his voice brought me back to reality and I quickly jogged to him, "Zoro!"
"Don't act like you know me!" He complained but froze as I began fiddling with the ropes binding him, "Hey! Leave me, I'll survive these next ten d-"
"They're gonna execute you today!" I cut him off, not stopping as his eyes widened.
"What?"
"Helmeppo never intended to honor your guy's agreement. Hey, did Luffy stop by here?" I asked, changing the topic as I looked around for any signs he might've left.
"Luffy? Ah...that weird guy. He went to find my swords," At his words, a huge smile made its way to my face.
"So you're gonna join our crew!?"
"Hah??" He yelled, " No way! I already told him no!!"
I grinned and tilted my head as the first knot dropped, "I bet he said something like, 'I refuse your refusal'!" I laughed out loud, using a funny voice as I mimicked Luffy. He sweatdropped as I laughed at myself and shook his head.
"You two are the same." I grinned at his words as I began fighting with the second knot. He groaned, gritting his teeth angrily as he watched me, "You know I'm not gonna join you even if you untie me!"
"Aoiumi!!" Another voice yelled, followed by a thud.
I turned, "Coby!" I called as he ran up to the two of us.
"Aoiumi!! Hurry! We've got to get him out of here before the marines come!"
"What do you think I'm trying to do!" I complained and went back to the knot, Coby joining me in the process.
"Both of you...!"
"Luffy's in trouble!" Coby informed us, which made me turn my head in suprise, "The marines are dead-set on catching him. Helmeppo was planning on killing you from the start! Luffy got really mad and punched him!!"
