From the forest, Yang and her new partner in crime for the next remaining years, Blake Belladonna step out into a clearing that reveals the circular stone temple, broken and decrepit but for the platforms around its inside, holding several black and gold objects.

''Think this is it?'' Asked an unsure Yang.

In response, Blake gave Yang an incredulous look before heading down the hill, her partner following behind. They walked across the floor, observing each item presented on each pedestal.

In confusion, Blake was the first to talk. ''Chess pieces?''

''Some of them are missing. Looks like we weren't the first ones here.'' Yang added.

''Well, I guess we should pick one.''

Nodding, Yang approached one of the relics. Studying a Golden Knight before picking it up and showing it to her partner.

''How about a cute little pony?''

With a smile Blake replied. ''Sure'' As they walked towards each other to the center of the temple floor.

''That wasn't too hard!''

''Well, it's not like this place is very difficult to find.''

Suddenly, a scream is heard all the way from the temple, where Yang turns towards the direction of its source.

''Some girl's in trouble! Blake, did you hear that?'' To which Blake doesn't respond, staring up at the sky, towards something in particular above them.

''Blake, did you hear that?'' Yang asked, trying to catch his partner's attention. ''What should we do?''

Blake merely responded by pointing up for Yang to look at.

''How and Why did she agree to this in the first place!?''

''Ruby! I told you this was a terrible idea!'' Shouted Weiss in an attempt to be heard by her partner, Ruby.

''We're fine! Stop worrying!'' Replied an exasperated Ruby, raising her tone to be heard as well.

''I'm not worrying! I am so far beyond worrying!''

''In a good way?'' Asked a hopeful Ruby.

''NO! In a bad way! In a very bad way!'' Shouted Weiss as they both held tighter onto the feathers... of a Nevermore.

''Well, why don't we just jump?'' Suggested Ruby.

To which Weiss quickly shutted down that option. ''What are you? Insane!?''

Before the Heiress could think further, the question had answered itself alone as Ruby wasn't there. She had jumped, leaving her alone to deal with the flying Grimm.

''Oh, you insufferable little-!''

She was falling, Ruby was falling. She should've though about it better before diving it first.

''Oh god this is worse than the all nighter I did while eating a box of Pumpkin Pete's along with some cookies and milk!''

Spotting her sister Yang, Ruby tried shouting with all her of her vocal chord's might to gain her attention and maybe use as a cushion.

''HEADS UUUUUUUUUP!!''

''BROTHER!'' A distant yell could've heard.

Clap!

Just as Ruby was about to hit the floor packing, the last thing she'd heard was a clap, and now she found himself within the arms of a slender boy of average height with light brown eyes and spiky pink hair styled in an undercut fashion.
