37. Safe?

I was just staring into the screen, boredom was all over me. I don't know what to do. Even shadow is lazily lying on my lap.

"What should we do shadow?" I asked him and he just ignored me resting his head on my lap.

Even he doesn't have time for me.

"come let's play something" I said to the giant panther who didn't give two fucks about me. Playing with a panther isn't bad but it's just he keep scratching me whenever we play.

"Such a lazy pig" I huffed rolling my eyes. Sofia is busy in her studies, davide has gone to office. Even Aisha is busy in making designs for a new fashion show.

'What are you saying you're the one who has given her shit ton of work to do" my inner voice mocked me.

Well my work at office got done early today and I returned home 5 at evening and here I am dying of boredom.

Frustrated I picked up my phone and dialled his number. After the first ring he picked up and immediately a smile made it's way on my face.

"Yes, darling?" His husky voice came from the other side and I grinned.

"Are you busy"? I asked sounding like a child who is asking his/her father to buy something for them. Voices were coming from his side, seems like a business meeting is going on.

"No I am not, tell me what's wrong?" he asked even though I know he is busy. I don't want to disturb him, I called in the hope he is not busy but he is, so I should just shrug.

"Sir-" a manly voice came from his side but before the voice could speak more, I heard Davide's muffling voice, seems like he put his palm on the speaker but I heard it.

"I don't like someone else speaking when my wife is talking so keep your mouth shut until I allow you to speak Leonardo" my heart skipped a beat hearing his words.

"Yes love," davide said and I immediately land back to earth from my lalala world.

"Nothing I just wanted you to come home" I shrugged immediately changing my reason to call him. I called him to talk to him but he is busy so I will just cut the call after saying this.

"You want me to come home?"he asked and I hummed caressing shadow's head.

"Nevermind, do your work, bye" I hang up without letting him say anything.

I looked at shadow who fast fell asleep. Such a lazy panther. I've never seen such a calm, lazy and harmless panther ever.

I can bet he is the most harmless panther to ever exist.

Suddenly my phone rang and I picked it up seeing kage calling me. "Yes kage?" I asked and he was silent for a while before answering.

"The DNA matched... finally" his voice came and I froze. We got him. We. Got. Him.

I was very secret in finding the traitor not letting even a single person in the mafia to know that I am finding that bastard.

Everyone thought I forgot but I did not. Me and kage tried our best in the whole time ever since my wedding to find him, by cctv's and a lot of mafia contacts.

And now we got the traitor who stole the blood sample of my stalker.

"The DNA is same?" I asked and he replied yes. I stood up and smirked.

"Seems like these bastards don't know that fucking can harm them" I said and he laughed.

"Let's get him tonight" he said and I knew he is imagining ways to torture that bastard.
