I tap my foot anxiously on the floor, my heart beating fast as I again glanced at the door of the room. All three of us are sitting outside the surgery room where Lucia's surgery is currently going on.

I hope she is fine.

She has to be.

Sofia is sitting beside me clearly looking concerned while I have no idea about where Aisha is right now. Maybe she went to the washroom.

"Can you go find Aisha? I have a little bit stomach pain, I can't walk" I nodded understanding what she meant and stood up, giving a glance at the surgery room I move towards the corridor to find Aisha.

I sware to god, that woman is a pain in my ass. I know she loves Lucia, and lucia will torture me if I say anything bad to Aisha infront of her, but come on I can curse her in my thoughts.

'Because infront of lucia you don't have balls to say anything' my subconscious mind mocks me and I roll my eyes.

Walking around the quiet corridors, my gaze fell on Aisha standing infront of a God's statue, her head bowed and hand joined with her eyes closed. She was praying. I move closer and looked at Lord Ganesha's statue.

I joined my hands bowing infront of the God, I never believed in god, but now I need every help from him. I know the surgery will be successful but I just hope, she doesn't have any side effects. She has already suffered to the limit.

I opened my eyes to find Aisha staring at me with a smile that immediately turned into a scowl. "What are you doing here, why aren't you infront of the surgery room?" She asked and I folded my arms on my chest.

"I think that should be my question to you, given to the fact that you have been missing from 20 minutes" Her expression changed from mocking to flushed.

"I-I was just praying to my Ganesh ji" She said looking at the Lord Ganesha's statue.

"Lord Ganesha, son of The Lord Shiva and goddess Parvati. He symbolizes protection and the removal of obstacles from one's path" I said looking at the beautiful statue of Ganesha and when my gaze fell on Aisha, she was staring at me clearly bewildered.

"How do you know?"

"Doesn't matter. Now let's go, I don't want to waste time" I turned around and walked towards the operation room. Sofia looked first at me and then probably at Aisha who is following me.

I again sat beside Sofia and wait for the doctor while they both talked about something. After half an hour, the door of the room opened and I immediately made my way towards Mr. Anderson. Her assigned doctor.

"H-how is she?" I immediately asked and he took off his mask, taking off his gloves he said.

"She is absolutely fine Mr. Russo, the surgery went successfull. There were no complications, don't take any stress. You all can meet her in an hour. I may go now" he said and I nodded giving him space to walk and he left but suddenly turned around.

"Mr. Davide" I nodded.

"I wanted to tell you that, when you meet her, she may be sleeping or will be under the effect of Anesthesia drug, so she might act or talk weird or may be she will have a temporary memory loss. Don't take stress she will be absolutely fine when the effect of the drug will be over" with that he left.

We waited outside the room, Aisha and Sofia were probably tired so I got both of them some orange juice and wrap to eat. Finally after some time when the doctor allowed us to go, we immediately went inside the room and looked at her laying on the bed. The oxygen mask wasn't on her mouth now. She was looking at the room when her gaze fell on us.
