Ron was standing beside Bellamy infront of the crowd of students as he saw the whole thing take place right infront of him and Bellamy.

Mr Anderson and the other male teacher of Saints High, whose name was Mr. Fernandes, as Bellamy told him, handed the man to the navy officers.

The Man then shifted his stare to the captain,“You still doing this, Hedger?” he said, his voice had the mix of anger and rage.

Many stares turned towards the captain,“Do you know him, Sir?” Mr Anderson asked with a curious face.

The captain took two steps back,“ofcourse not!”he said with a snort.“I've never met this man in my life” his voice had a slight disgust in it.

Though his stare said something else, Ron thought. He knew whatever a man's mouth says may not be the truth, but his eyes never lie. He was sure the captain had met that man atleast once in his life. Ron didn't know why but the captain looked scared of something, and that something would have been revealed if that mysterious man had stayed there any longer.

“Take him away already, it's getting late for departure” the captain said with his heavy voice, His voice cut through the open space like a sharp knife, effortlessly reaching the ears of those around him, even without the need to raise it. Then he turned and started walking to the ship, the students followed.

Ron stood there watching what happened to the man in the navy officers' hand. The officers tried to take him away from there but he shook off their hold and squatted down, infront of Ron, to take his hat from the ground. He kept his hat steady and lifted his head when his stare met Ron's and then shifted to Bellamy's.

A cold wind passed through them. The man placed his right hand over the hat to prevent it from falling off. Just below the hat Ron could see the man's intense brown eyes giving them both a promising look as he said,“I will save you”. Ron wasn't sure what he needed saving from.

The man stood up and turned around to see he was surrounded by navy officers.

“Keep your hands up and stay away from the students” one of the navy men shouted at the Man. All the navy officers lifted and pointed their gun at him.

He looked over his right shoulder and nodded, Ron and Bellamy took it as a sign to go.

“Let's go!” Bellamy raised his voice and they both ran to the ship.

Inside the ship, Ron glanced through the ship's window and saw the man taking something, that looked like a white coloured grenade, from his pant's pocket. He bit off a hook that was attached to it. Then he lifted his hand with the grenade-like thing with white colour. The officers paced back several steps. But he threw it right beside him and it exploded with white smoke that covered him.

The officers were blinded because of the smoke and waited some moment. Then they heard a glass break and they turned toward the sound and there a glass window of a shop broke into pieces, raining down onto the ground below.

A wind blowed, lifting the smoke up and Ron saw there was nothing but the ship, wooden bridge and the deep blue sea infront of the navy officers. The man just disappeared. But not exactly disappeared, because Ron saw the entire thing play out with his sharp eyes.

A lot of 'whoa's came from near Ron. When he turned his head he saw almost all the students were watching the same thing he saw, from the other windows.

“Fascinating! I've never seen something like that since i went to a magic show” A voice came from behind, Ron's heart jumped. Then he recognised it was just Zane.

“Not that fascinating for me, since i saw the trick he used, clearly” Ron said.

Zane asked,“Really? Then tell me exactly what he did” though his voice sounded like he wasn't interested, his face seemed curious to find the answer.
