(n) astrophilia - rare love and obsession with planets, stars, and outer space

Genesis had loved Astronomy for as long as she could remember. When she was a little girl, sometimes after everyone was asleep, she would crawl out of bed creep over to the large window in their lounge and watch the moon and the stars. If she was lucky, she would see the brightest, most beautiful burning lights (alias, stars) in the sky.
They mesmerized her. But out of all the planets, Saturn is her favorite, she thinks. She liked how unique it was, the only planet with rings. She often used to dream of running along the rings, her own laughter ringing in her ears as a boy who she could never remember the face of chased her, too, giggling. Every time her feet hit the material of the ring, a cloud of glittery dust would erupt from that space.
Their tittering echoed, bouncing off of the stars, off the other planets, though miles away. It circled her again and enveloped her in the joy of their game, their fun.
She didn't have those dreams anymore, she didn't remember what the boy looked like at all anymore. She wished she did. She felt a deep connection with him, for no apparent reason. Unanswered questions, remaining unanswered. Like, what was his name? What was his reason for appearing in her dreams? What did it mean? Did it even mean anything?
When she was at her calmest, she could catch glimpses of him in her mind, but they would evaporate without a moment to lose, and Genesis would go on wondering. It was like her mind didn't want her to know, and maybe that was her own doing. Maybe she was blocking her own thoughts, not permitting herself to enter her own memories.
One day, she told herself, I'll remember.

Thursday afternoon. The day before Quidditch tryouts. How did Genesis acquire this piece of information? Well, first Dumbledore's welcome speech, then Angelina's visit to her and Alethea at breakfast, and now Angelina's dozens of outbursts about how their Seeker has earned himself a detention on the day of tryouts. Genesis isn't on the Quidditch team, Godric, no, but Alethea is, and Genesis and Alethea are together for a healthy amount each day. Which, apparently, invites Angelina to dump all of her Captain troubles onto the two, whenever she sees them.
"How he's scored himself a week of detention is beyond me," she exclaimed, making many dramatic flourishes of her arms in front of the sofa which Genesis and Alethea are sat at, showing little interest in her argument. She'd come up to them at least six times in the last twenty-four hours, seemingly because she thinks Alethea can work some sort of magic to free Harry from Umbridge's hand.
"You're abrasive, if anyone can get him out of detention, it'll be you!" Angelina had said.
"Or," shoots back Alethea, narrowing her eyes and leaning toward a pacing Angelina. "I'll land myself in detention. And then you won't have a Seeker or a Chaser," Alethea had been set on the fact that the team would be fine without Harry. They all knew there would be no need to replace Harry as Seeker, he'd won them every game besides when he fell off his broom, courtesy of a dementor. "If you want to take this up with Umbridge, be my guest, but don't be surprised if she says no."
"What is the point of his presence, anyway?" Genesis questioned. "You only need a Keeper, don't you?"
A groan bubbles out of Angelina's throat. "Yes, but I wanted our whole team there! And, in case you've yet to notice, Harry is an important asset to our team! I know you overlook him because he likes you, or whatever," Angelina waves her fingers in a way to ward off Genesis before she can protest so she can carry on, "But, I'd really like his judgement in the books for the new Keeper."
