"didn't mean to startle you kid"

"i'm relaxed but i freaked out the other day cause i got no body"

"ohhh.."
"yk i jus- your procrastinating" the voice cut him off

"i understand if your afraid, but there's nothing to be afraid of"
"there's a lot, but i guess ill take that risk"

"but you won't, your just a soul" the voice said

Darrian all he could see was black her again. He genuinely felt confused. Was he talking to his great grandmother.. who else would know his name and speak spanish.

Makenzi sat on the side of the bed holding darrian's hand. 4 days extra she had to go without him. At this point she was getting scared, yes the lady said a few days but she didn't expect 4 days of being with an unconscious darrian. She enter locked her hand with his. She closed her eyes and started talking to the man above. It was all left she had in her.

"dear, God please let him be okay... it's all i want"
she paused
"all i need is for him to be okay, to be awake, i know i messed up, i know i did things, he hurt me and i hurt him but i just want him to be back, you know how much i love him really" makenzi wiped a tear coming from her eye.

"i wish i never did what i had done, i have regrets, im so much better but i could have got through it with him"

"i never meant to hurt him, i didn't think it would go this far, i thought he'd go off and just frolic like the last time and be okay, honestly i believed he had gave up on me"

"but for a month he sat in his room doing nothing but paining himself, if he leaves this earth Lord i will never forgive myself."
