"Great. Now I'm a slave owner." I mumble to myself.
"Shut up! I didn't ask for your help!" Winwrey yells.
Well look who found herself again... "I wasn't giving it Win, I was saving my own skin. You're just park of the package." It's the harsh truth. "Do you know how to drive this thing? I'd like to get out of here by nightfall."
"Gosh! Are you kidding me? Why a you using that voice with me?" She's irritated. Why? I didn't do anything to her.
"I'm use to it. There are always people close by. Can you just answer the question? What's the neutral zone like?" She's just standing there.
"Well are you at least going to give your old friend something proper to wear before you hit me with everything?" Always pointing out the obvious to dodge questions. I tossed her my cloak. Not so samari now. I look more like a pirate. "Ugh, it's all sweaty. You do stink. I heard there's a lake perhaps we can go-"
"NO!" I make her jump. "Sorry, didn't mean to scare you."
"Fine be smelly. But going to neutral zone on that bike is foolish."
"Then we'll ditch the bike before we get there." I tossed her the rest of my food. "So how have-"
"If you ask how I've been I'm going to punch you! I have more scars then you now you know! Five years! It took you five years to save me." She yelled with her mouth full of food.
"I'm gonna be honest Win, I never planned this." Best hear it now then from someone later. "As soon as Kathrin-"
"Don't say that cows name to me!" Dang she's angry. "And stop talking like a man Tibby."
Sighing "Alright but don't expect me to go saving everyone stuck or trys to get grabbed. Things aren't like they use to be. My bounties higher. Derek has more people after-"
"Blahh blah blah. This was a quintessence. I get it. Always about you."  Winwrey reaches for the crumbs that fell out of her mouth.
"What's that supposed to mean?" I rolled my eyes.
"You don't want to be controlled Tibby but any decisions you've ever made you've always thought 'Oh what would Simon do'" her hands wave in the air exaggerating. She finishes the food and stands. Everything she says puts me on edge. "You never pushed yourself beyond the ways of his thinking did you? That shady move was good. Many would've done worse, but the moment you did it I saw regret in your eyes. You're great with a sword but you'll never be the best if you keep letting your brother hold you back."
There was nothing I could say to that. Simon was always in my head. My guidance. "Do you know how to drive the bike or not?" Great. She's disappointed. She has the right to be.
"I'll figure it out"

While she was looking at the bike I stripped her old master of his clothes and dragged him to where the animals can get him. Winwrey took his shirt and it went down to her knees. His belt made her new dress secure. I gave her his butterfly knifes to place within the belt straps. His boots were too big for either of us but we took the laces just in case. I gave her some string so she can tie her hair up. Her face is too well known to play samari like me. (Well now I guess pirate) She'll have to be pretend slave until we figure something out.

Winwrey started the bike and figured out how everything works. She drove us until we saw people walking then I put my hands where hers were and she jumped on my lap. We looked stupid but it got us far. Outside the neutral zone. We saw the gates however knew we had to ditch the bike or the gang would be after us. Winwrey parking it out of view and we started walking.
She had no shoes. Her body didn't have the stamina mine has so she rested on boulders. As it got late I pulled her over my back. She cracked jokes about how smelly I am and called various profanities in her English accent.
Win was my best friend back at out hiding place. Closer then a sister. There were secrets I shared with her I never told Simon. There I go again. Thinking of Simon. I never felt guilty stealing with her. We even had our own secret treasure stash at our fort. Just silly things full of junk food and hair stuff. Winwrey was good as making hiding places. I hear her snoring in my ear now. It's annoying. One thing I didn't miss.

I see the front gate. "Winwrey wake up. You have to walk now."
"Screw that, put your back into it." She kicks my sides like santas friggin raindeer.
"Stop sleep talking and wake up!" I whisper yell then drop her on her back. Her eyes open wide but before she can scream I put my hand over her mouth. "It's time to be a good now."
"Shut up. The moment you let someone else hit me I'll kill you and them." She never was great when she first woke up.
"Just let me do the killing if it must be done." I mumble as others come close. "Let's go."

We pass the gate with ease. I get more then a few curios glances. "Who was that  guy I killed Win?" Maybe the rumor spread...
"It's cuz you stink." I glare at her "I told you you should have washed in that lake sir." Winwrey exaggerates the sir.
"Fine. Let's check into an The Inn! I'll take a bath" the excitement is on my face. I almost sound like a woman. Winwrey rolls her eyes. It's not just my stink. Winwreys overclothed for a woman. She's also standing next to me. Seriously Win? You knew all these things. I pretend not to care and walk ahead to find it on my own.
With a few missteps and snorts from Winwrey laughing I finally reach the Inn. The Keeper gives me a pamphlet of rules which is simple enough. Win and I go in my bedroom and I take first bath.
