Taking the Long Way Home

So, the boy agreed to take her home she still didn't 100% know much about him but he promised to get her back safely, all she knows is that he did see her, and they all were at The Cove just on different ends of it

He mentioned how beautiful her voice was and how Enchanted him, so he was curious but after she had left, he noticed she was headed in the wrong direction, so he followed to protect her.

So, let's continue where I left off at enjoy.

Inuyasha had recused the young mermaid. He had agreed to assist her and bring her home safe and sound.

Serenity kept her eyes open for everything, but she also had been watching this guy.

"So...! If you don't mind me asking, but what happened to make you so upset? Asked Inuyasha" curiously. "What do you mean? Replied Serenity" being a bit guarded. "Come on, I told you before that I was watching you sing and looked to be having a great time, you were having fun and then you weren't happy anymore, and then you just took off looking very upset, and now look at where you are, you're not completely safe once you ran off, so what happened? Asked Inuyasha" curiously.

"First of all---! I don't even know your name, or you don't even know mine, and its personal stuff to me and I don't want to get into it with a stranger, said Serenity" protective and guarded.

"Alright, perhaps you are right about not knowing each other's names, so let's fix this misunderstanding shall we beautiful? Tell me what's your name. Asked Inuyasha" circling around her.

As he pulled off an alpha move just now doing that circling around her. She blushed a little bit but chose to hide it. As she took a deep breath. "My name is...! It's Serenity, but my sisters call me Serena or dumpling head once in a while but not that I'd want you to call me that, but you can call me Serena if you like to or Serenity whatever works for you, Replied Serenity" being a little open to speak up. She was trying to trust him, but she was attracted to him.

"Umm...! Serenity, translation means Peace, I like it, it suits you, but Serena is quite adorable too, so which name would you prefer me to call you by Princess? Asked Inuyasha" showing her his friendly side. But he was well aware of who she is.

"I don't care which one you call me by? How did you know that I am a Princess? Asked Serena" nervously. "My father put me through hundreds of lessons, I had to learn each kingdom's princess or prince's, it was just something that was expected of me, I am Inuyasha, Said Inuyasha" showing his own respect but answering her with his own name.

"Inuyasha? that's an odd name? But I like it, it's kind of strange like you are I guess, Said Serena" honest with him. "Why's that strange? What makes you think I am strange? Asked Inuyasha" curiously. "I've never actually talked to a demon merman before is all that I am saying Stated Serena" confused.

"I guess that's fair to be honest, I've never talked to one of your own kind before either, Said Inuyasha" showing respect but he was getting closer to her. "So, are we going the right way? Asked Serena" curiously looking around themselves. 

"Yes, I believe so, hold on a second, Says Inuyasha" looking around the water. "Don't tell me your lost too? Asked Serena" crossing her arms. But then she noticed his yellow eyes were glowing a bit like he was seeing through the darkness of the water. It looked like a cat's eye in the dark or when an animals lens reflect light in the darkness. 

Serena was surprised by this. "Yes, this way, Said Inuyasha" taking her hand. "What are you doing touching me like that? Asked Serena" protective. "My apologizes but, if you want to get through this misty darkness fog water, I suggest you hold onto me, if you don't want to get lost in the dark mist, and there are much more dangerous threats out there, so it's best you stick close by understand, this is why I told you that you have to listen to me, now be quiet now I need to be able to listen and sense everything, so please be quiet, spoke up Inuyasha" showing respect but also being super serious with her.
