It was finally the day of the race,and P.E. teacher Knife was extremely excited about the entire thing,to say the least. "Alright, kids,class is going to start in about 3 minutes,so use that time wisely. I won't say it again." Knife declared. Instead of using that time to get ready,Gelatin decided to goof off. He wasn't a slow runner,but getting ready to run for about 2 minutes would have been the better choice.

Firey's POV:

This race will be easy. I'm an extremely fast runner,and the only one who I think could pass me at all is Needle. But I still think I can win regardless of Needle's presence. I can win this. I know I can,with my powers and my overall speed,I can dominate this,I just know it. "Class,the race starts in 5.. 4... 3.... 2... 1... Go!" Knife yelled. I ran towards the end,which was pretty far. And the people I could see behind me were Coiny,Gelatin,Snowball, and Needle,who was the closest to me out of all of the people there. All the way at the starting line was Bomby,in a running start position,until he got up and disappeared. "First place goes to Bomby!" Knife said. HUH? No way.. I look at the finish line,and I see Bomby dusting himself off. "We will make it to second place." We spoke. Me and the voice felt like just one person, and the next thing I knew, I was at the finish line. Maybe Bomby did the same thing I just did. "Hey Bomby- "We are not just "Bomby. " We are one." Coiny made it to the end and said,"I see you've met Cabby's pick of a body here."Bomby said,"I am neither Bomby nor Cabby,I am someone entirely new." Okay, so what do you want to he called?" I ask. "Just Bomby is fine,Cabbs is always about how we should be balanced,but we aren't. It's me, Bomby,and no one else." Other people have voices like mine? Coiny and Bomby were talking about some type of villain group, and my voice wanted to talk as well,but I shut him up. "Wait, so you guys have voices, too?" I asked. "Yeah,and they're annoying as hell." Coiny replied. "Mine's pretty cool, and it allows me to do some pretty interesting stuff." Bomby added. "Where's Needle?" I asked. "She was here before me,you didn't notice?" Coiny replied. I looked around to see Needle at the finish line,sweating. "So,Bomby, how did you make it here so quickly?" I asked. "I used my technique." He said. "Technique? What's your technique?" I questioned. "Now that's confidential. If I said that and we were to fight,I would be at a disadvantage." I wanted to know. "Pretty please with a cherry on top? And a nickel on the side?" I asked. "You're not gonna know,I'm never gonna tell you, so just give up." Bomby declared. Leafy and Pin made it to the end,along with Gelatin. And then the class was over.
