Aylin

Walking inside the nearest tavern to get one last drink before bed, I noticed Selina and Damien already sitting inside, talking and drinking beer.

Getting a glasd of whiskey from the bar, I walked to their table and sat next to Damien, joining them.

"We have a problem" I said with a large, angry sip from my whiskey.

"Where have you been? We should have met hours ago." Selina said with mixed relief and anger.

"I got most of the money but then some asshole robbed me. She took my bag." I muttered anger filling me. How could such an inexperienced, skinny, poor girl beat me at a fight. She used magic- that was not a fair fight.

"Was she hot?" I don't know if Selina asked that for me or for her, but I had to admit- this girl was hot as fuck. Her pretty face was still stuck in my head, not leaving even when I tried.

"It doesn't matter, we need to find her." We knew we needed that money to find Hesperia. God, I miss her.

A few hours passed, and we found no clue of her whereabouts. Finishing at about 3 am, I was fucking tired of this day. I just wanted to lay down on the couch and close my eyes until the morning. Unfortunately, that hot bitch ruined my plans.

"I hate witches" Damien stated for the 8th time.

"And do you think I like them?" I finally answered, having ignored this saying for the few times he said it so far.

Having alredy packed everything from Laylah's house, we walked our horses to the forest and the village inside with the hope she found her way there.

"Are you guards?" the sixth person tonight asked, annoying the hell out of all of us. He then ran away noticing the angry expression on my face.

"These people are evil for calling us guards" Damien sighed.

"No arguments here" I admitted.

"Guards would wish being as hot as us. I heard they are all fat ass, donut eating dumbasses." Selina tried comforting us.

"How is it helpful when we just got compared to them?" Damien spouted.

"Moreover, what is it with you and their asses? My ass is better." Damien said and Selina sighed, rolling her eyes.

"Guys, she is a witch so it does make sense that the guards are asking around." I explained.
"But we really have to find her before they do. Finding my bag would be a whole lot easier if we don't have to enter the palace for it."

A few minutes of frustration passed like hours, making us feel like the awkward silence lasted forever.

"Well, well, look who finally came back" a girl came from behind, slightly touching my shoulder.
I turned around to see a familiar face. This is a conversation I did not want to have.

"Oh how long has it been?" I chuckled in a friendly way as Damien tried as hard as he could not to laugh. They all knew the story. Knew it and laughed from it.

"Do you mean since you left me when I was sleeping after you said 'talk to you in the morning'?" oh, I forgot about saying that.

It really isn't my fault when you think about it. Selina came to tell me that we need to go and I tried waking her up. Only after half an hour when she didn't wake up and Selina almost hit me, I put a note on the bed and left. It wasn't the best place to put it, but I was tired from not sleeping and didn't even think it would fall off the bed.
It wasn't the funniest hook up story I had, though.

"Yeah, see, I needed to go and you wouldn't wake up." I tried making it right, but the try was unsuccessful.
Selina thought for a moment about helping me out but then she decided to stay out of this.
