FMB
As my eyes fluttered open, I saw beautiful city lights. I think we were close to California. I looked to my left to see Taraji taking pictures on her phone.
She was so pretty, and she would let you know that. Her confidence is what I wanted for me. It's something I want back because it got stolen from Kendall. The thought of his name made me feel like I had to barf.
I then saw Taraji turn to look at me as if she knew I had just woken up.
"Morning, Fantasia!" she smiled, causing me to do the same.
"Mornin' Ms. Henson!" I say with a raspy and soft tone.
"Girl you don't have to say Henson. Just call me Taraji!" she giggled.
I then looked behind my seat to see my kids sleeping peacefully next to each other. Aw, my babies look so cute.
I then turned back around to see Taraji talking to the flight attendant. I don't think they were just talking though..
"She was checking up on her kids behind us. Is that a problem?" Taraji questioned, looking irritated.
"I didn't mean it like that-"
"Well, this conversation is over then. Can we get two margaritas though?" she said, cutting the woman off.
"Sure," she said dryly and walked off.
"What happened? Did I get us in trouble?" I asked, worried.
"No Hun, you're fine it was just a rude person." she said, crossing her arms like a little kid, upset.
I then took her hand, causing her to release her tension. "Thank you for doing that, Ms Taraji." I say, making her laugh.
"Girl I'm not that old!" she giggled, causing me to laugh as well.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we have begun our descent into Los Angles. Please turn off all portable electronic devices and stow them until we have arrived at the gate." The flight attendant said as the plane was landing.
I then turned around to wake Zion up, who had a sleeping Keziah on her lap.
"Good morning, Mom!" Zion smiled, filling my heart with joy. I loved seeing my babies happy.
Keziah then woke up from hearing her say that.
"Good morning, Mummy!" she said, hopping over the seat to come to me, surprising Zion and Taraji.
"Woah be careful, baby! Remember, we're still on the plane." I spoke, trying to tell her that she needed to be mindful of where she was.
She then crawled over to Taraji, causing her to put her phone up.
