Chapter 7: broken friendships, broken trust, broken hearts

"APRIL!?!?!?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Ray screeched at the top of her lungs, tied down by the ropes wrapped around her wrist. "its me your gworl! let me go" She added trying to break free. She was so lost and confused by what all was going on and why April was behind all this, She was mixed with confusion, anger, hurt, and much more.

"my gworl? reallly?" April said as she got off the phone with Chatty. "my gworl would NEVER put someone above me.... not even a bf, especially a CLOWN!" she added as she called someone else. she let it ring until the phone picked up. Ray couldn't hear the other end of the phone so all she heard was April talking.

"I got her"
"she never saw it coming"
"okay see you soon"

Ray questioned who she was on the phone with, and why was April doing this? She thought April didnt mind Ray being with Chatty! April left the room and it was at this time of moment that Ray realized she dropped her phone and couldn't reach it. She wasnt sure on what to do, all she could do was sit there and wait for whoever was coming thought the door. It felt like forever before Ray heard April's voice outside of the room she was locked in, and that was when she heard a voice that made her heart drop to her ass!

April Came into the room and right behind her was the one person Ray thought would come to save her, other then chatty. "Mr. K! are you here to save me? i dont know what's going on! I'm scared! April is losing it!" she couldn't believe that last part came out of her mouth, but what she couldn't believe was the response she was given.

"I trusted you Ray..." Mr. K voice stabbed Ray's ears like a knife to the gut. "you told me nothing would happen, yet i find out that the clowns are running weed for me? you told me they wouldnt get involved!" Hearing Mr. K talk like this made Ray develop massive tears in the corners of her eyes, she didnt think anything bad about it. "they are getting too close Ray, and I dont like it, so i cant trust you! now we use you! we need chatty, and we knew he would come for the one thing he loves the most."

Ray felt betrayed! Her own family not only turning on her, but now using her for leverage against the clowns. She couldnt even look at April or Mr. K out of disgust! She wanted chatty more then ever to bust down the doors of this place and save her more then ever, she was full crying at this point! Mr. K turned to April and said " Call chatty, tell him to meet us at the pier if he wants his cups back, Tell him to come alone and no weapons" he said as he started to walk out before turning and adding "tell him he better have my weed or the money he has made from that weed" before leaving the room and April soon followed, Ray felt defeated, lost, and betrayed! She just lost her best friend and her gang leader at the same time! her heart shattered due to Her one fear all being unfolded in front of her own face, everyone leaving her.... again.
