If Laureia told you she hated her life, it's because her boyfriend is M.I.A. Now that he's not, she's the happiest person on earth.

Ever since he came back from wherever the hell he was, Laureia has forgotten every bad thing he did and welcomed him with open arms. A lot has been going on, with her making preparations to move to Milan with her boyfriend ever since he announced his transfer. It hadn't been easy looking for houses, especially when she brings up house hunting and her boyfriend turns her down.

The moment he texted her, it was the fastest she had ever hung up on her brother or other people. She always heard complaints from her friends that she always put her love life over friendship, but in her mind, she thought they would never understand what she felt for Christian. She always made him her top priority when she wasn't his, but she never took the time to realize that.

She was always questioned about her relationship; some even wondered why there was no ring on her finger after being together for so long. Some say that they got married in secret, but if Christian heard that statement, he'd be laughing at how dumb people really are to think that. Christian loves his girlfriend, but not to the point that he would marry her. But breaking that kind of news to your girlfriend, knowing the situation won't end well, is tough.

Laureia always wanted to get married, it was number one thing on her bucket list since she was a kid. Yes, I know it sounds a little foolish but she always wanted to marry someone who loves and appreciates her. But what she needed to realise, that person was not her boyfriend.

As the sun streamed through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room, Laureia stretched lazily in bed, her mind still foggy with sleep. It took a moment for the events of the previous night to register - the excitement of Christian's news, the flurry of emotions, and the quiet reassurances they had exchanged in the darkness.
