Nauruzia

Chapter 7

The happy years, months, days ended. When the Kingdom of Avalazka challenged the Kingdom of Nauruzia to have a war.

The King called the seven ministers to have "Why is their only three of you? Minister Greg, Minister Jonas and Minister Davethre where are the other ministers" The king asked calmly even though his Insides wanted to scream at his ministers.

"I'm sorry to tell you this King Cardian but the four other ministers already changed and they are now following the King of Avalazka's order. I think they betrayed us because the Kingdom of Avalazka offers alot more money" Minister Greg told the King.

Yesterday, the war had started between the two kingdom. King Cardian believed that they will win this war just like the war that happened between 15 years ago somehow the entire palace was schocked the night during the war.

When they knew that half of their soldiers turned their back at them and was helping the Kingdom of Avalazka to colonize the Kingdom of Nauruzia the king was also flabbergasted when he heard that 4 of his trusted and helpful ministers also turned their back at them.

"How our soldiers today Minister Greg?" The King asked Minister Greg because he was the one whose leading the soldiers

"Sadly, the lives of our trusted and skilled soldiers are now in danger" Minister Greg said looking at the table

"How come? We did train them. We know that we are ready even though half of our soldiers turned their backs on us. What had happened" The King said also asking himself

"I guess all of this are planned... Some of our soldiers are shoot exactly in their heart, we also have soldiers who are guarding the wall that are in between the people of Avalazka killed them in the neck using a knife and the most painful is that I and the soldiers saw a big amount of soldiers have been tortured their skins was peeled, the bones of their arms are showing,  and their bodies are full of burns. I feel that someone who knows the Kingdom teach them exactly what they need to do" Minister Greg told the king

"That is absurd! Minister Davethre inform the Kingdom of Avalazka that I want to discuss to them to stop the war and we shouldn't surrender because if we surrender the People of Avalazka and also us will be pitied" The King said to his ministers.

The ministers already left the chamber and the king walk inside the throne room.
When he opened the door he saw his wife and daughters sitting in the bed also worried about the war. "Daddy do we need to surrender?" Princess Xenia asked "Daddy will they also kill us?" Princess Raven asked
"What's the update my love?" Queen Alania said.

The King sighs "I know you Princesses are already a grown up to understand things. 4 of our ministers betrayed our kingdom and half of our soldiers also betrayed us, some of our soldiers are killed with brutality. Tomorrow, I will go to the Kingdom of Avalazka together with my 3 ministers to proposed that we should stop the war. They're is a possibility that they will kill us if we won't stoop low but we won't surrender because I know that a large amount of our population will be affected somehow we still should be thankful in the reason that not even one villagers are involved in the war. Also we should still be glad that we have enough food for this incoming weeks."
The Queen and Princesses clearly understand what is happening now but they know they can't still do anything to help the Kingdom.

"We clearly understand my love. We should sleep now our daughters can occupy the other bed. We should sleep in one room tonight so that we know that somewhat we are still safe." That night the four of them with a heavy heart and worried face for their tomorrow.
