Hope arrived on the set of the show, her family's second house in New Orleans. She walks in to the strong smell of coffee and the sight of her mother serving the crew cups of coffee, she always admired how thoughtful her mother was, she always gave back in small ways, it made her proud to be her daughter. Hayley spots her daughter, waving her over with a bright smile. She waved back and made her way over, giving her a side hug.
"Hey, mom." "Hello, sweetheart." her mother responded, kissing her head softly as she continued to serve the cast and crew. She set herself down, greeting everyone she passed by to be respectful. As she looked around, she just remembered how... unfulfilling her life was, she's grateful that her parents and family went through so much to create a solid platform for themselves and them passing it down to her. Her life just felt repetitive these past few years. It used to be exciting and fulfilling, but now, it was just the same cycle over and over again, and it was boring.
Her life had just been filming their reality show, photoshoot, being mindful of her clothes due to brand deals, finding new sponsors, and it looped over and over and over. Not to say that it was boring, it was just not her thing anymore, it was fun in her teen years but now it was just something that she did because she needed to. She brushed off her thoughts, going back to her mother and helping her be kind and serve others, she put on a smile as she always finds herself doing these days, putting on a smile that didn't feel real at all... put on a smile for the camera, right? The auburnette often found herself thinking that, what's the point of being in a reality show when you put on a façade, most of the time.
She put her head back into what she was doing. She extended her arm to hand the worker their coffee, lifting her head with a smile, her breath taken as her eyes landed on her face. In front of her was a beautiful brunette, chocolate brown eyes, and the cutest button nose. Her heart started to beat out of her chest as she handed her the cup. "Thank you." Hope could tell she was nervous by her shaky her voice was, she nodded in response and her eyes followed her as she walked away. Hayley notices her daughter distraction, following her gaze to be met with the sight of the girl walking away. She nudges her to catch her attention, looking at her with a small smirk. "A new crush, Hope?" she teases her daughter as she continues to playfully nudge her. The girl looks at her mother with a slight blush on her face. "No, she's just... pretty." she replies with a shrug of her shoulders and a her slight smirk on her face.
Hayley looks at Hope with a knowing smile. She always knows when her daughter had a crush or started to develop feelings for someone. Which is something she liked to keep handy because the girl has been more closed off in the progressing years, which she worried about often, she would used to be... brighter and definitely smiled more. She wanted to ask but didn't want to be pushy with her. She didn't know how to approach such an issue with her. "Hello, family." The British accent that everyone loved and adored rang in their ears. They turned around to see Klaus and Elijah. The girl runs to her father, wrapping her arms around with a smile, she had always been a daddy's girl. He happily reciprocates it, feeling at peace being with her. "My littlest wolf." he lovingly says as he kisses her head. He drapes her arm around her shoulder as he walks into the living room.
"How are my two favorite girls?" Klaus asks as he kisses his wife on the forehead with the happiest smile he could ever have on. "What about Rebekah, brother?" Elijah asks his younger brother teasingly with a small smirk. "Well, she's not here and yet, and she doesn't have to know."
As the day progressed and the rest of the Mikaelson's started to arrive on set, they all decided to take a ten minute break before starting to film again. All employees met in the outside beach house, which was dedicated to them them. Josie sat with Kaleb, Cleo, and Finch as she looked around the lavish house. "So, how is it so far?" Finch asks as she lifts her head to look at the brunette, her eyes scanning her face and going up and down her body. "Um, they're much nicer than I thought they would be." she answers nervously, running a hand through her hair so no one would notice that she was shaking from nervousness.
The sound of everyone's voices muttering disturbed the groups convo. They turn around to see what the fuss is about, seeing the auburn haired girl enter with a small smile on her face. Josie stared in awe, her eyes scanning her face and face and body. She had green-ish blue eyes, plump pink lips, a slim but a little muscular build, and curves out of this world. She looks away, starting to think that she's being creepy for staring for so long, going back to her conversation with the other interns as she tries to ignore the older girls presence, to no avail as her thoughts kept reminding her that her childhood celebrity crush was standing a few feet from her.
Hope's eyes wander the room, as she talks the shows executives, not really being bothered about what they were saying at all, she would have probably forgotten it the next day if she had been listening. Her eyes stop on a brunette, the same one that she saw this morning that was... pretty as she said to her mother, she stops as she contemplates the thought of walking up to her and maybe talking to her, her heart staring to pound in her chest like it was going to burst out of her chest. She slowly starts to make her way, reaching out her hand to tap her shoulder but realizes that she had been shaking, she takes a leap, tapping the girls shoulder and putting on a smile. Josie turned around, to be met with the sight of her childhood crush, her stomach doing back flips as her brain finally processes the fact that one of the worlds most famous people was standing in front of her.
"You're new, right? I hope they're treating you well." the brunette tries to speak but nothing would come out, her hands had been shaking like crazy and her heart felt like she would pass out if it went any faster. "T-Thank you." she could barely even get those two words out as a light blush takes her cheeks. "No problem. What's your name?" "I-I'm J-Josie." her words had come out very breathless and labored, whose wouldn't in this situation? Faced with a beautiful girl in front of her, who she had a poster of in her childhood bedroom until she was thirteen. "That's a very pretty name." Hope complimented with a smile, as her hand slowly brushes down her shoulder, she slowly wakes away, leaving Josie in her panic, as her brain replays the moment over and over again like it was stuck on a loop. Her hand slowly went to the place that the girl touched, reliving what it felt like all over again.
