Sounds of small leg tapping is only hearable in the calm serene environment of the mansion.

Victor and Michelle being in meeting didn't present there.
Soon the doctor came and take Saphire to the operating room.

Listening all their questions Andrie answer his sons ~ She came in my room as normal and after some time she starts coughing blood and then point towards her left chest saying it's paing there and rest you all know.

After some time both Victor and Michelle came in hospital listening to their toddler condition.

After listening to his Father Victor runs to the OT where her sister is attached to a oxygen mask and a tube is attached to her mouth going inside her body while her sister eyes are closed tightly.
Her happy faced turned gloomy while her lips look blue and chappy.
In a pile of time she is looking very weak and pale.
Seeing her sister condition ,last night incident start coming into his mind where her sister is jumping in joy as his Bubba bring her toys and her favourite candies.
He immediately screamed for the doctor aking her condition.
And after listening to the doctor words...
