It was Man's day off, he usually got up early but today he decided to sleep a little bit more. Once he finally decided to get out of bed,he took his phone and saw he got messages. Build asking about supplies needed,Bon asking about the menu for tomorrow and finally a message from Mile.
MILE
Good morning P'Man
MAN
Good morning. Why are you
up so early?
MILE
I had to drive mom to
her treatment today.
I'm actually just waiting
for her
MAN
What a dedicated son you are
MILE
I am. Have you fallen for me yet?
MAN
Funny.
MILE
Kidding. Did you eat breakfast yet?
MAN
Not yet, I just woke up not
too long ago. Why?
MILE
Ah,good! Check outside your door
Man was confused as to what Mile meant but he did as he was told and walked over to the entrance. He opened the door and the first thing he saw was Mile smiling and holding up a bag of food.
"What a coincidence, I haven't eaten anything else as well" Mile said.
"Come in" Man said as he smiled and opened the door to let Mile inside.
Mile went in and headed towards the kitchen where he was already placing the bag of congee in a bowl. Man sat by the kitchen counter, looking at Mile. Mile set the bowl in front of them and set the cups of coffee he had bought from outside as well.
"Americano,right?"Mile asked.
"How'd you know?"Man asked.
"P'Bon" Mile replied.
"Milking out every bit of information,huh?"Man teased.
"Of course, I want to know about the person I'm chasing after all"Mile said.
Man resisted the urge to smile, he didn't want Mile to see him get all giddy like that, he straightened up his expression and they started eating their meal. Mile looked at Man and saw that there was rice stuck on the corner of Man's lips, he lifted his hand and wiped it with his thumb which kinda surprised Man.
"Who knew you'd be such a messy eater.So cute"Mile teased.
Man blushed hard and turned away, Mile raised his hand and made Man look at him.
"You're not allowed to be cute in front of anyone else but me"Mile said, Man chuckled and took Mile's hands off his face.
"How am I cute? Besides no one else dares to bother me but you"Man replied.
"And that's how it should be"Mile said.
Suddenly Mile's phone rang, it was the center where his mom was having the treatment. He looked at Man and pushed the answer button.
