The streets were lit by street lamps, Hanabi had asked Ino, when Sakura had finished working in the hospital that Tuesday. It had not been six days since that chat and now a few steps from the hospital was waiting for the exit of she Dr Haruno. Hanabi was there, arms crossed for half an hour. She saw a long figure advancing towards the exit. The girl with the flashy pink hair seemed considerate.
- Sakura - said the new heiress Hyuuga.
- Hanabi - Sakura gasped slightly.
- I need to talk to you. -
- Sorry, Hanabi, but I just finished my shift and I'm tired. -
- It won't take long - little Hyuuga looked around, there were too many people. - Follow me. -
Reluctantly Sakura flanked her, looking at her sideways, what did Hinata's sister want from her? They walked quietly, Sakura could feel the tension in the air. They arrived in front of the desert park at that moment.
- What did you want to talk about? - Sakura asked.
Hanabi replied, staring at her: - I want you to stay away from Uchiha Sasuke, my sister's boyfriend. -
- None of your business - Sakura replied, plucking her eyebrows.
- I know what you did because of your jealousy - Hanabi replied, pointing the finger at her.
- What are you saying? - replied Sakura. - Don't make me the bad guy, because I had good intentions, I just wanted to protect Sasuke.-
- Did you want to protect him from my sister who is one of the kindest people in all of Konoha? - she shook his head in disbelief.
- Yes from her that by failing to obtain her great love she took mine, deceiving him - said Sakura.
- Did he take yours? - Hanabi retorted, raising her eyebrows. - But don't make me laugh! - she exclaimed. - What would you say with those words? You speak as if Uchiha Sasuke were an object that stole you, as if he had no brain. You speak as if Hinata had forced him to be with her - she continued to say angry.
- And who's to say I didn't! - said Sakura.
- You're out of your mind - Hanabi answered. - Uchiha Sasuke came to my house and confronted everyone to free her! - said the 16-year-old. - In your opinion, an independent person like him would go so far if he did not love her. -
- She enchanted him. -
Hanabi laughed. - And who knows why he didn't do anything like that for you. -
- Your sister loved Naruto - said Sakura.
- But what love? - Hanabi said ironically. - Sakura love is about being reciprocated, not idealizing them as we want - said Hanabi. - My sister grew up unlike you, forgetting what was just a childhood crush - he pointed it out. - And because of your obsession with Uchiha, Hinata once again suffered damage, remaining locked in a damp cell for almost a week and spending the remaining month at home/work, constantly followed by guards who controlled her on sight. -
- I have already told you that it was not my intention to do all this harm - said Sakura, gritting her teeth. - My intentions were good, so I will not stand here and be mocked by another spoiled princess with an easy life. -
- By spoiled princess you mean to have luxury items that others envy, right? - Hanabi asked, turning her mouth disgusted.
Sakura nodded.
- You don't know anything about being part of a powerful clan - said Hanabi. - You know nothing about me and my sister! You don't belong to any clan, you don't know what it means to submit to strict rules, rigor, psychological pressures. -
