The princess of hell also known as Charlie morningstar build a hotel to redempt sinners that wants to redeem their self to be a better person. One day Charlie stumble apon yuni on the street walking with every demons and sinners hiding from her with fear and she decided to approach her and said

"Oh about redemption! We're trying to redeem more souls and change them!"

Then yuni and Charlie goes to the hotel to meet the others
