Abhimanyu pov

I don't know what is wrong with my stupid heart it is beating like a racer. She said she would take care of me this is the first time someone has told me like this after so many years.
I hate all the women except my family but she is different she is proving me wrong, I feel like I have known her for a very long time ahhh stop it Abhimanyu, I said to myself and closed my eyes but also I could only see her beautiful smile, her beautiful face.

Now I'm going completely mad I need to stop it, saying this to myself I tried to sleep.

After my dinner she came to the ward with a bag and placed it on the table which is opposite to my bed then she went near Riya and checked her.

Next, she came near me did u eat dinner? She asked. Yes, I replied.

Before she said something nurse called her saying Dr Akash came for her, she excused herself and went out.

I could see her and that man was talking to her through the glass partition she was smiling and looking at him No Lilly don't look at him like that, I said to myself. I can only see his back, i didn't see his face properly.

He patted her head and she hugged him now this was going far why the hell I'm not liking it a bit? She came inside sat on the stool on the side of my bed and started checking my BP.

Boyfriend? I asked. Ahh, she was shocked for a minute then she chuckled lightly And shook her head.

No, he is my brother, he is 1 year older than me we both study here he is a neurosurgeon he is practicing in the next block. He is going home that is the reason he came to meet me, she said looking at my pulse.

I'm sorry I thou.. she cut off my words in between and said that's fine. Close your eyes and sleep, she said and patted my head like I was a kid.

She went near the table opened her books and started studying

I slept after some time while looking at her.

No no please don't go Rohan nooooo... I woke up panting heavily sweat from my face dripping to my neck.

I got embraced tightly

calm down, calm down, shhh relax, I could hear her voice and eventually my breathing became normal but my grip on her waist was tight.

She was rubbing my back after a few minutes I became normal, and she helped me to lie on the bed.

Are you ok? She asked in a concerned tone. Thank you, I said. Did u have a nightmare? She asked. I nodded. She held my palm in hers while I was lying on the bed she was sitting beside me.

You know when I was small whenever I had a nightmare my mom used to say that it was just a dream and no one was going to harm me or if it was about the past just close your eyes and think about the person whom you love the most ok?, she said looking into my eyes with her cute doe eyes.

Thank you, I again said looking into her eyes. She smiled and said sleep nothing is going to happen.

She went to her table opened her book and iPad and started writing and studying while she was munching on strawberries. She looks cute.
