Chapter 25

Abhimanyu pov

Abhi, can I have more ice cream? She asked with her sweet voice. I glared at her as she would get cold if she ate more. Fine, I don't want to. shall we go? She asked with a pout. She knew to melt me, she went towards the car and I got her another ice cream.

After getting inside I gave her ice cream, her eyes shined with a beautiful smile on her face. Thank you, Abhi, she hugged me, kissing my cheek.

My heartbeat skipped for a moment, and when I saw her she started eating it. I smiled and said I will drive come and sit here. She nodded and I got out of the car, when I came near the driver seat she shifted towards the passenger seat.

Jaan, when will you come back? I asked after reaching the hospital. I will come in the morning Abhi, she said with a smile. I'm unable to sleep without you, I said, sighing.

Her lips curved into a beautiful smile. Take this, she said, giving me her Scarf. Till I come hold this and sleep, she said and went inside the hospital.

Her scarf smelled like her, I went home, then freshened up and lay on the bed. I miss her presence. Before she came into my life I barely slept for 3 to 4 hrs, and I frequently got nightmares that never allowed me to sleep but for these past 3 months, I've been sleeping peacefully with her in my arms.

I made a mistake leaving her after our marriage. Those 3 months were the worst.

I spread her scarf on my chest, held the end in my hands, turned towards her side, and closed my eyes.

My sleep was getting disturbed by sunlight and I buried my face in something soft, while I felt someone caressing my hair.

I immediately opened my eyes and saw Kanvi whose eyes were closed and she was caressing my hair. My face was buried in her stomach and I was hugging her waist. She looks so tired she hasn't slept for the past 2 days.

I got up the moment she woke up. Abhi, you got up so fast? She asked, rubbing her eyes. How can someone be so cute?

Good morning Jaan, I said, giving a peck on her lips. She smiled and replied Good Morning Abhi. Where is my morning kiss? I asked in a teasing tone.

In these few months, she became so comfortable with me. She leaned forward and placed her lips on mine with closed eyes.

When she was about to move back I pulled her onto my lap and started kissing her slowly, her hands were in my hair locks, one hand was on her nape and another was on her small waist.

I moved my hand under her shirt and started making circles to which she moaned taking the chance I entered my tongue inside her mouth.

I was devouring her mouth, we kissed for what felt like hours and she started hitting me on my shoulder with her fist but I was not ready to separate from her then she bit my lips, I separated from her mouth and she was panting heavily looking into my eyes.

Her breath was fanning my face, Aa...Aap bahut bure ho, she said with a pout keeping her head on my shoulder. I chuckled at her words and kissed her forehead.

She moved and touched my lips, Oh no I'm so sorry Abhi, she said caressing my lips with her fingers as I got cut because of her biting. Is it painful? She asked with concern.

Oh, My Dear Lily even the pain given by you is as sweet as you, I said with a smile. She glared at me and said wait I will get medicine.

No need, I said, pulling her back onto my lap. You are my medicine, I said and she frowned, before she questioned I kissed her softly this time for a few minutes.

See my pain vanished, I said, whipping my lips. She blushed looking down. I didn't tease her more as she was tired, Lily you sleep I will go and get ready, I said to which she nodded.
