Shiv is Sara's boyfriend ,when he saw her in fresher party he fall for her at first sight and was crazy after her he chased her and try really hard to win her heart over for around a year then she give him a chance.
He was her senior by 1 year .In his family they are 2 siblings to his parents he and his elder sister Disha, his sister for whom he cares alot because her health is not in good shape, this is the reason he wants to be doctor.
Disha is married for 5 years now, her in laws are taking care of well too. But things changed for a while when Disha sister-in-law demand to marry Shiv .Shiv is her one sided love and she is very stubborn to get a yes for the marriage parposal.
Shiv and his parents are worried if he decline the demands of their in law then disha may end up in trouble. Shiv is in great dilemma and he is avoiding Sara because this issue is going on in his life and he don't want to hurt her of all people that's why he is distancing himself against his will. He still haven't told not even a single soul how he controls his tears every time he have to left Sara on seen and how hard it is to decline her call ,when he want to talk to her badly.
