Radiologist technicians ,operate CT scanner on that patient, "it's done ,doctor" technicians said to me "thankyou,hand me the computed temography image"i said them as the operator were removing the CT machine from his bed,before the officer could handcuff that patient.

He suddenly lunging officer away move to side table and quickly snatches the scalpel from the tools tray ,"oh ,no he's got the scalpel "Nurse scream in alarming way,"secure the area now" the officer shouts, hearing him other police officers from waiting room with,hospital security rush in officers take their pestols out in postion ,but the patient is to quick.

He wrapped him tightly around me ,the scalpel on my neck surface ,i feel the edge of sharp scalpel touch on my neck,at first scalpel knife was dangling from his hand,but he hold it frim and tighten grip,I got froze ,I don't want to believe this is happening to me"Ahh !! help",I scream my lungs out i m too traffied ,I m just a muscle twitch away from being my throat slit.

"Stay back,stay back or I'll kill her" patient shouts .everyone slowly back away."put the knife down,let's talk it out" one officer shouts.the crowd present in Ed stand there looking what's happening "nobody will move,if someone try to being smart,she will be dead" patient announced to everyone. "Please, let her go" a voice came from the crowd its Shiv.

"We should leave ,its too dangerous here" Said Avni singh to her senior resident." We can't leave now ,automatic door are all closed " her senior resident answer."this can't be happening to Sara ,oh god please keep her safe" Said Khushi to loud, shiv can listen too." I can't think straight,how can i stop this"shiv said to himself.

"What if he silt her throat, we all will be the witnesses of her tragic death" Said someone from crowd "Aman don't even know his wife is in life threatening situation,I can't even contact him right now,officers order us to not make a move" professor mohit think to himself putting his hand on mouth in disbelief.
