When I wake up in the morning I feel a void ,she is not beside me,it's ironic to not feel good when someone is not invading my space,after doing my usual morning routine I was waiting when she will wake up,there she when I was reading newspaper she open her room door with her clothes in hands ,"Good morning,Sara,did you sleep well "I asked to her but she absolutely sliently walk to bathroom.

Like she playing a deaf, she bath,and went to her room, she came after getting ready and went to kitchen "I made us some light breakfast, have some,it is on the table " I said from the living room,she didn't eat it,but instead pick some packet of snacks form the cabin and put some in her bag and and one in her hand.

She came to living room and ,and sit on opposite side from me looking in her phone and eating up her snack,"Come,on when are you going to grow up ,you intentionally not answering me,"I said to her,yes there she is last time we have argued beacuse of house makeover by her,she react and behave exactly same ,"I wasn't lecturing you ,I was just giving you a positive outlook "I explain with politeness she didn't give a damnn but busy into her phone.

"Sara,don't be dramatic"i said with a little firm voice give her the idea how serious I m,she is really stubborn she still not looking at me,"okay,let's go if you are not going to speak,it's not like I m dying to hear from you"i said to her it was more like cold war,and it was killing me softly ,and stand to leave,she followed me.

I look in her direction she look away when she sit in car,she put her phone in bag atleast, pin drop slient throughout the ride,I put my hand on her knee,while driving she jerk my hand off,I have enough patience to handle her tantrums her childish side she should thank god thousands time i love her otherwise i will throw her out of my car .

If she is my woman,of all people in the world I don't want her to see my rude side but i m certain my all emotions are for her,from bad to good from happy to sad she is the only one who have power to trigger them.

We reach the place I didn't stop at her fixed place ,she really look at me ,I keep sitting with giving ne glare,when I stop the car in Main parking she get out slamming the door her one hand on her face ,she walk away,I get out taking my things from the back sit, I went to my own way.

I went to my office changed in scrub and walk went to rounds ,"professor,that polycystic kidney disease patient from yesterday his labs are out"my residents said" then let's check on him,and do the follow up procedures "I said and we take elevator to gastroenterology department ward.

"good morning professor mehta" gastroenterology senior resident greet me,we walk to the patient "what you found on him"i asked him,"Sara brings the charts file fast" that resident said loudly, she  went to bed foot of the patient bed,take out the charts and add it in the record file she was holding,"here ,they have history of present illness, labs,and others records by all departments "she forwarded file to me, her hand under the file ,while taking it from her i lightly graze her hands ,she look at me gaze in my eyes.

I take the file and read the recent profile,"i knew it ,I m afraid he has genetic familial, trace the blood work from past and for now lets put him on hemodialysis,give him ace inhibitors "I said while looking at his charts"which ace inhibitors professor "Sara asked ,I look at her she finally speak "tolvaptan,and ask for patient consent and update his family "I said
