Episode 2: The Hero Becoming A Hashira

Who would have thought that Saitama wasn't really dreaming, he can really smell, hear, touch and even taste the tea when he was inside the estate of the demon slayer headquarters.

For his first night, he sleep in the dormitory of the mansion alone and no one was disturbing him. Saitama would look up the ceiling while he wonders why he is here in the demon slayer world, later he would sleep as he don't care less as long as he can enjoy his time.

Tomorrow morning, he sat at the dining room inside the Butterfly Mansion.

A young girl wearing a uniform and cover with a maid outfit was giving him some plate of dango.

Aoi:
"Here mister, have some more"

Saitama:
"Thanks, can you also give me more tea?"

Aoi:
"Right away!"

Aoi was the girl that gives service to Saitama as the guest, Saitama in blank look was sitting in the chair feeling the hot wind in the window.

With his expression remaining blank and his behavior carefree, he would sigh in boredom as he waits for someone who was about to fetch him.

And then a girl wearing a butterfly haori greeted him.

Shinobu:
"You must be mister Saitama, correct?"

Saitama in blank:
"Yep, so is it time?"

Shinobu smiles:
"Yes, we will about to meet Master Kagaya right now, please follow my lead"

Shinobu gestures him to follow her, Saitama begin to walk behind Shinobu while his hands on his pocket.

Saitama shaded his eyes with his hand from the shine of the sun, he can notice how beautiful the place is surrounded with flowers and colorful plants.

Saitama continue to follow the pillar as they head to the main headquarters where they can meet the leader of the demon slayer corps

Saitama:
"Excuse me, are we now closer?"

Shinobu:
"Just a few miles"

As they reach their destination, they went inside as Saitama has his blank carefree look.

He can see the 8 other pillars waiting for their master to come.

Saitama in blank look:
"Hello"

The first one to greet him was none other than Rengoku.

Rengoku:
"Mister Saitama! Have you taken a rest?"

Saitama in blank look:
"I did"

Tengen:
"Is this the guy who defeated an upper moon?"

Rengoku looks proud:
"He is!"

Tengen joking:
"Seriously, he looks like a nobody"

Sanemi:
"Doesn't he steal your credits Rengoku?"

Rengoku looks disappointed to them:
"I told you, it's true he defeated the demon with one slash"

Saitama looks at them with his unchanging blank look and he crosses his arms.

Saitama:
"Is today Saturday? Are there sales somewhere?"

Rengoku:
"Hmmmm?"

Tengen laughs:
"What the heck, is this guy serious?"

Shinobu covered her chuckle as she was amused of Saitama's nonchalant behavior, while Sanemi and Obanai was irritated of Saitama.

Saitama looks at the guy praying with beads as he poke his shoulder.

Saitama being curious:
"Excuse me big man, why are you always crying?"

Gyomei:
"I regret something in my past that's why I cry for my sins"

The creepy twins then announced the arrival of their master Kagaya Ubuyashiki

All Pillars kneel down in respect, and the flame pillar gesture Saitama to do the same.

Saitama shrug his shoulder as he just follow what they do.

Kagaya:
"Good morning hashira"

All Pillars:
"Good morning Master, it was a pleasure to see you this morning"

Kagaya smiles:

"I'm glad that everyone was present, and today I am about to announce something important"

All Pillars:
*Seriously listening*

Kagaya gazes:
"Saitama is the tenth pillar, he is a new member of the pillar ranks"

Rengoku:
"I'm glad Master!"

Saitama in blank:
"What is that?"

Shinobu:
"You are officially one of us, the highest ranking of the demon slayer corps"

Saitama:
"But I didn't do anything to deserve that"

Sanemi:
"Master, can I ask why?"

Kagaya:
"He perform excellent physical prowess and manage to defeat an upper moon as this is confirmed by Rengoku himself and even Tanjiro with his friends"

Mitsuri cheers:
"So we got an additional member!? That is so great!"

Giyu:
"...."

Gyomei:
"That is a good news master Kagaya"

Obanai:
*Nods*

Tengen:
*Smiles with approving nod*

Tokito:
*Nods obediently but doesn't care about Saitama*

After the meeting ends, Saitama was given a demon slayer pillar uniform and he can choose to stay.

And with that, Saitama chose to stay in the Butterfly Mansion to rest.

The hero's habit now turns to a demon slaying quests.

A hero before now a hashira today
