A/n: This one-shot for Kai is going to be very different from the ones previously to this one, mainly due to the mental state that I'm currently in. So I apologize in advance if this is more than a bit dark or triggers anyone in any way. Also I had a bit of help from Trinachan12 whose character Anya is in this as well ^^ Thankies for the help my dude <3 you are most wubbed little sissy!

Why did I say that to her?

Why did I have to hurt her that badly?

Why did she actually leave me?

The thoughts that repeated in Kai's mind after Rose had snapped at him after she had announced to him that she was pregnant with his child. Rose had just gotten back from the clinic when he had scolded her for leaving without him knowing-even though she had told him and chronos had even backed up Rose's statement once Rose had left out after slapping him rather hard across the face. He was going to let Rose cool off and do what she wanted-but that was the wrong thing to do.

She left him, she left the engagement ring on the bed with the test results of her pregnancy. She didn't leave any whereabouts of where she'd go. But he had two different places that he could go to just to find where Rose had gone off to. He took the ring with him and he left out with his keys, the first place he looked was the house he had gone into just to stop her from killing herself when she still had the tainted black wings upon her back.

When he got to the address, he saw that the house was completely destroyed. Which gave him the indication that she had one place she could go to to feel welcomed and loved. He let out a sigh and he shut his eyes. "Damn it...why did I snap at her?" He muttered to himself before he drove to where her little sister lived with her husband and the two children who he ended up finding on his mission to take out all of the things that were threatening the lives of those he knew.

When he got to the street he parked the car before he turned it off and left it with his keys. He knew damn well that if he was going to get Rose back that he had to get past Anya and her husband. Even though Rose was older than Anya, Anya was like a guard dog-being rather protective and possessive over her elder sister. No doubt due to the amount of time they spent living together growing up. Anya ended up finding out just how Rose lived her life and how much she sacrificed for her. So he knew damn well just what he was getting himself into.

As Kai got to the door to the house that Anya and her husband lived, he adjusted his gloves before he took a deep breath and knocked on the door. Hoping that Rose was smart enough not to go to her younger sisters place. The person who ended up going to the door was Anya's husband who didn't look amused to see him. "What the fuck do you want asshole?"

"Has Rose come here?"

"Yeah she is, she's currently breaking down crying against Anya right now. Tell me what the fuck was going through that thick fucking skull of yours that made you think that it'd be a good damn idea to tell a pregnant woman that she couldn't do anything about her situation? Especially when she told your stupid ass where she was going?" The sandy blond male asked unamused

Kai let out a sigh as he averted his eyes. "I had blocked out most of what was being said to me due to what I had been doing at the time. All I remember was hearing her voice-not what she said. I had brushed off what she said not completely hearing what she said to me."

"Tch, sounds like a big ass you problem. You're the one that screwed her and made her be the way she is-so you're the one that's gonna have to talk sense into that woman if you actually love her."
