"I wondered why you weren't wearing your necklace," Violet commented when Dom entered the warehouse later that evening. Everyone else was asleep – or at least, Violet thought they were. "I knew you wouldn't just take it off," Violet watched her brother stop, looking over to where Violet sat. She decided to wait up for Dom to return. She sat on the stairs of the platform, patiently waiting for Dom.

She decided to talk to him instead of waiting a second longer.

Violet didn't want the awkwardness anymore.

Dom crossed his arms. "I thought you'd be in Han's room, as you always are." Violet didn't need Dom teasing her about whatever she had with Han. She still didn't know what she had with Han, but that was something to figure out later. "Can't sleep?"

"I'm sorry." Violet said.

Dom walked over to where Violet was sitting. "Don't." Violet was sorry she left the way she did. Dom knew he pushed her a little too far from everything and Violet just wanted to bring their family back together. Violet had every right to be angry with Dom for ignoring her requests and pushing her away.

Dom sat next to Violet. "I knew where you were."

Violet hated to admit that she was surprised, bbut it would be like Dom to know exactly where she was. Of course, he knew where Violet was the entire time. Violet was surprised that Dom didn't come and drag her ass back home but knowing he knew she was in South America for most of her early twenties, Dom knew she was safe. Violet needed that Independance from her siblings.

"Of course you did." Violet pushed her hair from her face, shaking her head. She looked over at Dom. "I should have said somethin'. But you're such a dick sometimes." Dom laughed at his little sister's comment. "Honestly, Dom, you are." Violet said.

"Not the worst thing I've heard."

Violet chuckled. "No, Letty's called you worse." Violet frowned. "When I found out Letty died, I went home, but only for a day." Violet sighed heavily. "And you were apparently home too."

"I wanted to find out what happened to her."

"And you did."

"And I did." Dom confirmed. "But you don't have to be sorry that your left, Vivi." Dom placed his hand against her head. Violet was pushed towards Dom; he kissed her head. "I should have included you. We both fucked up." Violet could accept that – they both did, in different ways. "I'm just mad that you're in this situation with us."

Another thing Violet hated to admit, even though she told Han and Mia that she would have said no if Han told her it was Dom he was meeting up with, Violet would have found herself in Rio anyway. She would have followed Han to see what was happening – she skipped that stalking part. Coming to Rio was the best decision she could have made.
