Nandini suggested we should explore the palace grounds, and we all headed to the poolside area. The girls were on the opposite side of the pool, while the guys were with us. I couldn't help but notice that Rudra seemed unhappy about the marriage, whereas Adarika appeared ecstatic.
As I gazed around, my mind began to wander. I thought about how all the girls, including Adarika, seemed to be gold diggers. They didn't truly love us or our families; they were only interested in our wealth. My thoughts turned bitter as I recalled my own experiences with Rian's mother. She had chosen her career over us and had even tried to harm our child. The memory filled me with rage and hatred.
My reverie was interrupted by a commotion. I saw Adarika shouting at some guys, and my sister was crying. I rushed towards them, followed by the other men. Adarika was bravely defending my sister, tying her pallu around her waist and beating the guys with her friend Kiara. The guys hissed in pain and fled.
As the family gathered, Adarika consoled my sister, "Don't cry, Nandini. Don't be scared of these guys. Remember, you're a woman, and you're not weak." She hugged Nandini, and I noticed her hand was bleeding.
Rian pointed out her injury, "Pari aunty your hand is bleeding too much!"
Rudra held her hand and bandaged it.

After Rudra left, I returned to my room and completed my morning chores. We all gathered for lunch, except for Rudra and Adarika. Soon she arrived and everyone started eating, and I couldn't help but notice the tension in the air.
After lunch, I retired to my room to catch up on some pending work. Later, I got ready for the wedding, wearing a red kurta with intricate stone work.
I went downstairs where everyone was waiting for bride and groom. I haven't seen rudra since morning even though I don't know is he come back or not.
"Var or Vadhu ko bulaiye , muhurat nikla ja rha hai," Pandit ji said.
Me and my father went to see for rudra but he was nowhere to be seen. My father started panicking.
I found a letter from his cupboard in that he wrote..
