Luck & Y/n (almost Finral)

There's a lot I don't understand. I'm not from this world and yet, at every turn something weird happens. Out of all the things I should consider to be the weirdest, I'd say Luck being calmer is both weird and somewhat terrifying. He is super cool, and he hangs out with me more often than not, but let one person, *cough Finral cough* come to say hi, and he may or may not (HE DEFINITELY DOES) shock the crap out of them!

I am starting to feel like telling him no is his favorite thing to get me to do. WHICH IS WEIRD, RIGHT?!?!?

Come to think of it...

"Hey, Luck?" I never had to question if I had his attention. He gets super focused like we are about to fight, but I have told him no unless I have said we would because fighting with him all day makes me hungry!

"Yeah, Y/n? Ready to eat?" His smile spread a little wider and he went to grab my hand to pull me to the kitchen.

Wow, am I really hungry that often? Wait...HE DIDN'T WANT TO FIGHT AGAIN?

"Oh, no, I'm not hungry right now. Thank you! I was just wondering; you haven't asked me to fight in a few days. Are you feeling okay?" I finished with a slight tilt of my head in concern.

Luck POV

The question made Luck almost electrocute the whole base. He hadn't even thought about that. When was the last time he trained with her anyway? He doesn't want to kill her, so why is he still here with here? Well...I know that at least!

The smile hadn't left his face and he came to a quick conclusion and answered.

"Oh, I don't want to fight you." He said cheerfully.

He spoke and as soon as the words left his mouth, he still couldn't believe it.

I wants to fight everyone! I want to be strong! I'll beat everyone and be strong, but...

"You don't want to fight me? Did I do something wrong? I know I said I had to give permission, but I promise I would still love to train with you sometimes!" She said with a bright smile.

Her smile isn't at all like mine. I don't...want to hurt...her smile. What if it goes away?

"You didn't do anything wrong! I'd just rather be here to help you when you're hungry." He doesn't like it when she's hungry. Not because he thinks she's scary.

I know she likes being kind but since she's grouchy when she's hungry like that, it's best to make sure she's fed. I like her when she's like that because....

I like...her....like....?

Y/n's POV

To help me when I'm hungry? The Luck Voltia I read about would never pass up an opportunity just to be there so anyone could eat.

But he also isn't the kind to lie. At least not to me, I think.

"Alright, then. Maybe a little snack wouldn't hurt. Like a cupcake." I got excited, jumping up and down as I thought about Charmy, but immediately stopped in my tracks when I heard crackling.

That sounds like Luck.

But by the time I turned around, Luck was already beside me pulling me along with him. "I heard Charmy has been trying some cool new magic for good food!" He said with his usual laugh.

Finral's POV

I'm his superior! Seriously, why would he want to hang around her when he has never shown interest in anything more than beating people to death!?!?

I came up to say hi to her as she was walking away, and Luck was suddenly right in front of me with that crazed smile like he was gonna electrocute me! HIS SUPERIOR!

Finral watched them go to the dining room, no doubt to feed the newbie. Where does she put all of that food anyway? She puts food away almost as quickly as Charmy, but no one complains because while she is beautiful, she is terrifyingly grouchy when she's hungry and yet somehow still cute.

He scratched his head and stood there trying to figure out a way to spend time with her without possibly being killed.

Wait...

Finral opened a portal as a great idea popped into his head.
