As soon as Gem started flying, she didn't fly towards the Crystal Cliff's.
She took a detour.
To the Cod Empire, in the swamp.
"Jimmy? Are you here?" She asked. Jimmy walked out his house, and looked at Gem.
"Oh, hi Gem." He said. Gem smiled.
"I need to ask a favour from you." She said.
"Oh? What's in it for me?" The Codfather asked. The wizard thought.
"An IOU?" She asked. Jimmy nodded.
"Okay. What do you need?" He asked.
"I know you and Scott are close... Dating close. I don't think Scott's okay. Could you see if he's hiding anything? Please?" The wizard asked.
Jimmy was confuse. Scott's not okay? Hiding stuff? That isn't Scott.
"Yeah, I'll talk to him... But can I ask why he's acting weird?" Jimmy asked. Gem sighed.
"Ever since Xornoth was... Trapped... Scott has been acting different. And the crystal glowed." Gem explained.
"Glowed?" Jimmy asked.
"Glowed." Gem repeated.
Jimmy looked down.
I have to talk to Scott... Now. He thought.
"I'll go talk to him now." Jimmy said.
"Okay... And be careful." Gem added. Jimmy nodded, opening his wings, and flying towards Rivendell.
He had to talk to his boyfriend.
The flight was long, and Jimmy was anxious.
Will he want to talk to me?
Is Xornoth freed?
Is he okay?
Come on Jimmy, calm down.
Everything will be fine.
Scott's fine.
