Starscream's secrets

Spark to spark

Starscream sat up from his new berth. It has been a full week since he technically joined the Autobots. The only one who immediately trust him was a blue seeker he knew long before the war even began. He walked into the mirror and stared at him. He saw just how bland. He reminisced about his paint job before the war began. He quickly took out some paint he had in his subspace.

He started to paint his forearms and servos blue. "Thank Primus this paint dries fast." He chuckled as he moved to his Pedes to paint blue as well. He looked at his reflection and thought something was missing. He then took out some gold paint out of his subspace as well and started golden flames on his forearms making sure it didn't touch his servos. He then painted his shoulder pads red. He then added a bit of gold accents on his chassis. Starscream looked in the mirror and felt rather pleased with his new look. He did a little spin and noticed Swindle driving in and starting to click and beep. "You want a new paint job as well?" Starscream asked and the minicon beeped and clicked in confirmation. Starscream gently picked up his minicon and sat him on the desk as he started to paint the toy car minicon. Starscream started by painting Swindle mostly silver but keeping some of his red paint. Starscream then add blue paint around Swindle's wheels. Starscream then added some gold flames to Swindle's hood. "All done." Starscream announced and with that Swindle transformed.

Starscream then walked into the kitchen and saw Optimus Prime adding 8 cubes of sweet energon to his regular energon. "Sweet tooth?" Starscream chuckled. Optimus tensed up and quickly looked back. "Please don't tell Rachet." Optimus asked. "I won't if you get me some energon." Starscream answered. Prime nodded and handed Starscream a energon cube. As they drank their energon Starscream decided something. "Prime, I have to come clean about somethings regarding me and Hashtag." Starscream spoke. Optimus put down his energon and looked at Starscream. "Do you know the royal family of Vos?" Starscream asked, which Optimus nodded his head. "As far as I am aware they were all killed when the war started." Optimus spoke. "That isn't true, two survived." Starscream explained which caused Optimus's optics to widen. Starscream looked down at his energon. "The oldest prince and the only princess lived," Starscream started to explain but then froze. "Are you the prince?" Optimus asked, which Starscream simply nodded. "Airachnid did so much damaged. She killed our parents and..." Starscream let out a shake sigh. "You do not have to tell me if you don't want to." Optimus placed a servo on Starscream's shoulder. "No I must tell you. I formed a bond with my two brothers and we chased after Airachnid. Thundercracker and Skywarp were their names. I was slower than them and they got caught in two snares as a barrier separated us. I could only watch and beg as Airachnid gutted them. When I returned to the palace I saw that that glitch ripped off my sister's arm and damaged one of my childhood friend's voice box to the point where it couldn't have been removed and she damaged his face. Airachnid also kidnapped my sparkmate and hid her somewhere along with taking my childhood friend's sibling and forced a gender change. I had to wield a Prime's arm to my sister and put her in a stasis pod." Starscream explained. Optimus was stunned. "And there is one last thing," Starscream continued and Optimus looked at as Starscream as he opened his chest. Optimus was shocked at what he saw. "When a seeker loses someone they're close with a crack forms in their spark the longer the bond has been formed the bigger the crack. If I were to lose my sister, spark mate, or one of my childhood friends, I will die. The only reason I trust you enough to tell you this is because you are a Prime." Starscream finished explaining. Optimus took a few moments to process this. "Does anyone else know?" Optimus asked. "Soundwave, Laserbeak, Shockwave, Hashtag, Swindle, and you." Starscream answered.

On the Nemesis
Soundwave was listening to Airachnid insult Starscream. Soundwave restrained himself from punching her in the face.
