Synopsis:
Against all odds, having come through events that nearly tore them apart, Geoff and Raina have survived. They have been married for a handful of years, they have a daughter, Ninette, and soon welcome baby Cameron ("Cam"). Geoff has taken his father's helm, and has mostly left the Red Knight to the past. And Raina, the girl who came from nothing, finally has everything she could ever want.
Except this peace is shattered with the reappearance of Ridley Green, who is more power-hungry than before – and this time he brings reinforcements. One of them is Violet Storm, a powerful female supervillain, and she quickly worms her way into the Cromwells' marriage (unbeknownst to them, at least initially). Another is her cousin, a super called Never Mind and long thought to be retired.
Once again, the battle between good and evil is shaping up to be beyond the bounds of anything New York City has ever seen. And once again, Raina and Geoff stand to lose everything they've worked so hard for.
