Y/n and Taehyung had been married for over a month now. A lot of adjustment had been done ever since the arranged marriage. Both are very busy with maintaining both of their companies.

The two barely talk to each other at home. They barely treat each other as husband and wife.

— Y/n's POV

I woke up early in the morning at around 5:00 am. I immediately got up so that I'll have enough time to make breakfast for Taehyung and I.

Today I cooked some eggs and some kimchi fried rice — I also made him his coffee. After making breakfast I then prepared him some clothes he can wear for his office.

I knocked on his bedroom door and said, "Taehyung, breakfast is no—" I was immediately cutoff by the sound of the door opening. "Be quiet." he said. "Breakfast is ready." I said in hurry and immediately went down stairs into the dining room.

I started eating the food I prepare when Taehyung followed me and sat on the chair across the table.

I put some kimchi rice and eggs on his plate. After that I continued eating again. After over 5 minutes I finished eating the food on my plate. I excuses myself from the table. "I'll get ready for work now." I got no response from him.

After an hour of self-care, I finally finished and went out of my room. I see Taehyung already in the suit I prepared for him earlier.

     "Taehyung I'm gonna have to go now." I said with a soft voice trying not to annoy him. "Take body guards with you." he commanded with a firm voice. "Why do I hav—" I was cutoff by him. "Follow what I said. No more asking. I am the man here." he said emphasizing the last sentence.

     I was pushed back from him voice and ended up asking my guards to come with me to the office.

     I exited the house with 5 body guards behind me. I waited for my car and driver to arrive and got in the car once they arrived."Drive to my office." I commanded the driver. "Yes, Mrs. Kim."

— Taehyung's POV

    "Dad, when will we tell her about us being on the Mafia." I asked my dad through the phone call. "Son, we have to wait for her family to be ready to tell her. After all she's the only one who doesn't know yet in their family. It's going to hurt for her. She's gonna feel betrayed." he answered.

     "Like I care about her." I thought in my head. "Sure, just make sure it'll be soon. I'm losing my patience, dad." I said and hang up the call.

     To be honest, I don't really care about Y/n. It's just that I have to protect her because if I failed to, my parents are going to pay their family billions of won; which is unacceptable since she is almost worth nothing.
