— Taehyung's POV

I really hate to admit it, but what they did to Y/n wasn't right. She shouldn't be suffering because of our job. This is so unfair for her. Now I get why her dad had been hiding this from her.

Seeing her in this state right now makes my heart melt. "I'll keep you safe." I said and patted her head as I drive while 1 hand was on the steering wheel; she was sleeping peacefully.

— time skip; Y/n's POV

I woke up on my bed, my clothes were changed and it smells like some gave me a bath. "I guess Taehyung asked our maids to take care of me." I thought.

I was hungry so I stood up and head to the kitchen. As I open my bed's door I was greeted by Taehyung who was sleeping on the coach. "Taehyung~" I called his name trying to wake him up so that he can sleep comfortably on his bed.

As I examine his flawless face, his eyes slowly opened. "What Y/n." he said as he sit up straight. "You might want to transfer to you bed so you can sleep comfortably." I offered. "No, I'd prefer to sleep here so that I can protect you— I mean so I can see if someone enters the house." he stuttered, my cheeks became red from the feelings I felt. "He cares for me." I thought.

"So what woke you up?" he asked me. "I'm a little hungry." I answered while rubbing my belly. "I cooked something for you." he said and walked towards the dining room. "Omo~ it's my favorite bulgogi japchae!" I squealed out of happiness.  "Thank you Taetae!" I said and accidentally hugged him. He puts his hand on my head and said, "Welcome."

     Oh. my. gosh. Is this actually happening? Taehyung talking to me like I'm a person? I started eating as he sat beside me on the table waiting for me to finish. He was using his phone to avoid boredom.

     "So, uhm— I'm just curious who took me a bath?" I asked him stopping him from scrolling on his phone. "I did." he said and I blushed.

     "What!" I said out of surprise. "C'mon I am your husband after all. I'm not just gonna let some random person see you naked." he said; which made sense, but still. "Make sense." I answered.

     After about 10 minutes I finished the food on my plate, "*Yawn*", "Are you sleepy?" he asked me. "Go to your room, you must be tired from what happened earlier." he said and so I followed his command. "Thank you, Taehyung."

     I hope his always like this to me.
