Chapter 1: Great Friendships Start at School

In the Hoenn region, Sapphire

Yawn, I yawn. Knock Knock, someone knocks on my door. "Yes?" I ask, "Who's there?" "It's me," My mom says. "Come in," I say, my Mom walks in, and I'm still lying on my bed. "You have to get up and ready for school," She says. "Ugh, school," I say, standing up. "I'll get ready," I tell my mom. My mom walks out of the room. I put on a blue dress and a blue hat. I grab my backpack and head through the hall. "Look at you, all dressed," My mom says, "Now eat breakfast and go to school." I eat some breakfast and head out to school, I can't wait to get off this island, I think walking to school. "School, here I come," I say, ugh, school.

In the Mossdeep city Pokemon school, Urgron

I'm early, of course I am. Everybody is going to think I'm a nerd for coming so early. I look down and see my brown shirt and light brown pants. Someone walks into the room, someone in a purple shirt with small pink designs. And Magenta pants, they walk over to me, hood over their eyes. They take off their hood and put out their hand, "Nice to meet you, I'm Anthrax," They say. "Um, hello, I'm Urgron," I say, and shake his hand. Anthrax sits down next to me, and we talk for a while before class starts.

In the Mossdeep City Pokemon school, Sapphire

I walk into the classroom seeing 7 people. I sit down behind someone in a brown shirt and light brown pants. "Hi," I say, "I'm Sapphire, who are you?" I ask the person in front of me. "Oh, hi! I'm Urgron, nice to meet you!" They say. Urgron, that's a weird name. I wonder what our teacher's name is. Someone tall enters the room, "Hi class, I'm your teacher," They say. "I will be teaching this class this year," They state, "My name is Ms. Palm. Today, we will get Pokemon," They say. "Yay!" Everybody yells, except Anthrax. "Everybody gets one Pokemon," Ms. Palm says. Everybody lines up and gets Pokemon. I get to the front of the line and grab my Pokeball. I sit down and see Urgron looking at his. I wonder what Pokemon I got.
