Lucius Vallentino’s POV
We all immediately rushed to khazian's room but what we found were nurses who were panicking.
Kaagad na pumasok sa loob ang doctor habang ako ay tuluyan nang nanghina at pabagsak na napaupo sa upuan, gusto kong humagulgol sa iyak pero mas nangingibabaw ang pangamba sakin kesa lungkot.
Ayoko pangunahan lahat ng nangyayare, ayokong umiyak dahil alam kong lalaban siya at hindi siya mamamatay. He’s brave and.. I still want to tell him that he loves me, it was obvious but I still want to hear it from his own mouth.
“Please.. please fight, Khazian. I can’t lose you” I uttered while yanking my own hair because of frustration and panicking, my heart is beating so fast.
“Can I be the donor? Please, let me be his donor” My voice was shaking and so my hands is, my dad shake me slightly, “No! Don’t say that, mabubuhay siya Lucius at sa tingin mo ba matutuwa si Khazian kung magigising siya na wala ka?” I wanted to shout but I respect my father.
“But you know.. you know how miserable my life was before when I haven’t meet him yet, but when he came into my life I wanted nothing more than to have him by my side” I can’t helo but to cry.
“I understand son but think about me too, kung mawawala ka sino nalang makakasama ka? You know your mother is gone, and you’re leaving me too? Jesus Christ. Please don’t” It may sound guil trip but that make sense.
“I’m sorry, i’m being negative” Mahinang usal ko habang nananatiling nakatakip ng mga palad ko ang mukha ko, pinipigilan ko lamang ang luha ko but I feel like anytime it will burst out.
“Let’s just think positive okay? Don’t worry, he will be fine” Tita said reassuringly while rubbing my back, I didn’t say anything and just stay silent for a moment.
“You think so? I’m really worried tita, he suffered for a long time and I don”t know why he continues to be tortured when he did nothing but kindness towards people” Saad ko at nagangat ng tingin, nagtataka ako ngayon sa expression niya.
She doesn’t look worried, she looks happy although there is fear in her eyes, there is also something I can’t explain
“This is bad, I need an assistant here nurse! We have to revive the patient!” Nanlaki ang mga mata ko at napatayo sa gulat dahil sa sinabi niya.
“Revive?! What does that mean?!” I can’t help but to raise my voice, this time I couldn’t hold back my tears anymore as it starts to stream down my cheeks.
“His heart... it gave up”
